I was only aware about dieting 80/20 rule. 80% whole foods, homemade diet and 20% junk food. 😅. Mam your videos always motivate me. I have been able to do household chores without feeling why am I the only one to do it most of the times. I followed your advice to think that I know I have to do it so let's not crib and create systematic ways to not feel overburdened. Also meal planning helped me to save time for my studies while making food. I have made 3 priorities of my day: 1. Studies, 2. Food for me and husband 3. Cleaning kitchen and 1 room daily. And my husband takes care of laundry. Rest I have stopped worrying too much about other things as we are really busy right now making progress in our work and studies. Thanks mam.
