The method shown here and many other channels with xyz process to remove mealybug do not mean that after this process you will not get any mealybug attack. There is not such process that guarantees you, that after doing that there will no mealybug attack within15 days itself. Best practice is to keep your hibiscus plant in full sunlight and regularly spray water without adding any xyz item.
Hey I have used dishwash liquid with water to clean these bugs and then used neem+ mustard cakes powder and my hibiscus was free of bugs for a year and I did not wait for it again I reapplied, alas, when I delivered my child nobody in my house took care of my garden and everything died due to overwatering

This spray should be done but the plant should be laid down in horizontal position.
The bugs 🐛 should not get on the other plants.
