It's a good version, nice new elements that fit now - but this really needed the original to make the breaktrough. With these adds it would not have made it at 80's, at least in my opinion.

Nick is still fine. Either he has really good genes or he doesn't drink or smoke because his voice is still golden. I just found out that the guitarist and one of the founding members of the band, Kevin MacMichael, died in 2002 at 51 from lung cancer.

What an absolutely nice bloke he is, and he told me some amazing stories, sadly I was only in his house for 2 days, wish it was more. Hey Nick, if you want more work done......PS, dont tell him, but I played a Foo Fighters tune on one of his acoustic guitars when they were all off to Belgium or somewhere, and left me in charge of the house. I never would have thought that some 34 years later I'd be able to experience that gem on a whole new level. What a fresh and invigorated take Nick has brought to the table with this version! The orchestral arrangement adds depth to the entire piece. A solid winner in my book; a big "Thank you" to the Cutting Crew for this new edition!
And he has Gareth Moulton (Wang Chung) with him still playing for him.. That's pretty awesome too.

Fue la mejor época en todos los sentidos para ser adolescente, los que la vivimos y hemos visto las épocas siguientes así lo vemos, el ser humano era otro tanto en principios como humanamente, y de verdad que musicalmente hablando cada canción tenía un contenido interesante, sin frases soeces, sin vulgaridades, lo máximo esta canción, como muchas de la época
Era cuando verdaderamente todo era muy hermoso en todo el sentido de la palabra

I worked for a certain Nick , I built his office/studio a few years ago. What an absolutely nice bloke he is, and he told me some amazing stories, sadly I was only in his house for 2 days, wish it was more. Hey Nick, if you want more work done......PS, dont tell him, but I played a Foo Fighters tune on one of his acoustic guitars when they were all off to Belgium or somewhere, and left me in charge of the house. Well I had to, what an opportunity. Thanks NVE you're a legend.
