The pedal on the MT100 has a similar function as controls in a compact track loader or excavator that allow for continuous hydraulic flow to the couplers for attachments such as an auger or stump grinder. As Randy explains in the video, to start the machine the pedal must not be engaged.
So what is the actual use or the point for the floor pedal?
