The light bulb in the lamp getting brighter could be a wifi bulb that changes brightness with an app. I've used those lights and they looks just like that when changing the brightness or mode.

Well that door opening up surprised me, but that room you walked in with the dolls, super creepy. Especially that doll on the floor. You was going to kick it, if it moved... More like stump the crap out of it!

OK, you have a haunted attraction with a Halloween theme? I love Halloween, but why not leave the house alone with all the decorations, painted blood etc. It would have been creepier if they left it the way it was as just a house. The Halloween theme cheapens the actual paranormal vibe of the house I think.

Usually when someone dies a violent or untimely death, the spirit could still be hanging around their place of death, unable to let go. A bit like some people freeze in shock or horror when something scary happens. Some cultures would have a ritual to release the spirit from there and send them off properly into the afterlife. There was one that I witnessed-a 20 year old office girl was killed when a huge tower crane hook from a construction site broke loose from the chain and fell on her car, crushing her to death instantly. Her older brother and younger brother went to the middle of the road with a Taoist priest bringing her favourite snacks and kept calling and urging her to come home with them. They kept a seat in the car for her after calling her to enter and determined she was inside by flipping 2 ancient coins and they drove straight to their family home 6 hours away to deliver her there so the funeral ceremony could begin.
Saying, "I'm not going to leave until you talk to us" could put them in a belligerent mood.

You will always get more cooperative spirits if you approach with respect and tell them you have respect and what you're hoping to accomplish. Let them know you don't want to hurt them.

I would have loved to have seen you go through this house during the day. The architecture and layout are wonderful. The fireplaces and the sizes of the rooms downstairs were so nicely laid out. In the 80's had a touch lamp that had 3 levels, a fly could land on it and it would go up or down bright or on and off. It didn't take much. That's not anything spooky with that lamp.
The lamp is likely a 3-way. The bulbs have low medium and high lamination, the crystals were likely moving from the vibration of you guys walking towards it. You caught some interesting stuff!

1-The lamp changing could just be the bulb going out. I've seen them do that before.
2- With the door shutting, houses settle and make doors not stay open.
