It is time for the new era of Force Thirteen Hypotheticals.
Never in Force Thirteen's ten-year tenure, the 238 hypothetical animations made by us, have we had a hypo specifically from the North Indian Ocean, until now. Our lovely Ruby(ThePhoneExpert) who won the hypothetical animation contest last year has provided us another insane season, where she has prepared it for 4 years already. This is the 2018 North Indian Ocean Hypothetical Cyclone Season.

It’s a fantastic animation on quality standards and I know this is hypothetical but imo it isn’t an amazing animation. Nothing seems realistic or possible here and I guess people can like that, but I think having an element of realism like in the wmhb seasons or cph6 seasons makes an animation amazing. Still a great production from Walter :)
