I'm the newest member in the Scuttle gang! I got the part a few months ago, and in two days I sing his song for the first time at rehersal. I'm not too nervous, mostly because the song is so ridiculous it's hard to take myself seriously lmao, and I can't help but laugh at myself once I finish

By now you most likely have worked out how to sing the higher notes, considering April is only a little more than a week away. But for some of them I had my music director lower the C's (Like in "your what they call a dog's meow) to F# (F sharp) and one of the D's down an octave. I'm unsure how familiar with music terms you are so, just in case. But for many of the other high notes I just sung softly because my I had my lovely Seagulls to help support me. Especially on the E you sing at the end of the song, it still gets to me and the show was 8 months ago.
I was Scuttle for my school's production... Im now referred to as the Seagull... not that I mind, it was so much fun! The boy who played Eric was always annoying me, but we were and are good friends.

@@_deanna8845 No, I got a Chef a tentacle and I think another part but I'm not sure. I just had practice today but only the Chefs the tentacle, Ariel, Flounder, Scuttle, and some more of the characters had to practice but not all of them practiced though.
I found out I got scuttle on Thursday and I’m actually so happy. He’s such a funny character and I love the way he talks 😂

I got scuttle I’m so exited auditions happened 2 weeks ago and I already have all my lines in mind.
Though at first I had trouble with Scuttles high notes I quickly got used to them and feel in love with the song and Scuttle's charm.

By now you most likely have worked out how to sing the higher notes, considering April is only a little more than a week away. But for some of them I had my music director lower the C's (Like in "your what they call a dog's meow) to F# (F sharp) and one of the D's down an octave. I'm unsure how familiar with music terms you are so, just in case. But for many of the other high notes I just sung softly because my I had my lovely Seagulls to help support me. Especially on the E you sing at the end of the song, it still gets to me and the show was 8 months ago.
I was Scuttle for my school's production... Im now referred to as the Seagull... not that I mind, it was so much fun! The boy who played Eric was always annoying me, but we were and are good friends.
