This really means so much to us Natives here in the America’s. I’m Native American (Cherokee) myself, I’ve always had the deepest and highest amount of respect and love for the Māori people🤙🏽✊🏽 We’re so similar in so many ways, we’ve gone through the same hardships, we are native to our land, and all we want to do is spread love and peace, especially during the most difficult times. You guys are our brothers and sisters across the sea, and we have your back and full support too, always👌🏽✊🏽🤙🏽💪🏽🙌🏽

Even with your people the Navajo, I believe your people can have a positive impact for all of us Native Americans. Your people are intelligent, you have the numbers, and quite a lot of you do have great leadership qualities.

If I were going to war with the Maori, that would be an utterly terrifying thing to have to face. I'm glad they're on our side. And it fills me with hope that so many people are starting to stand up and take on corporate greed, hatred and prejudice, and people are able to do so even across cultural and religious barriers. That is an amazing time.
