Cut in half costume - Easy and quick

Here's an easy and quick way to create your cut in half costume with only $20 and under 30 minutes.
Here's what you'll need:
A long pair of jeans
A long sleeve shirt twice your size
Cardboard
Hardware tape
Balloons
Old batteries
Red paint
Multipurpose glue
Artist paint brush
Fake blood
Scissors
Toilet paper

I'd recommend wearing the same pattern/colour of shirt and pants as the 'costume' parts, so it appears more real from the back view also!
I'm sure it is intended to be that way, only done like he did it for clearer example for viewers!

One more thing for an even more believable reaction.. make a fake severed spine to put in the middle of the cardboard cut out , maybe use an old paper towel roll and paint it etc...
