When I was very young my older brother & i was chatting one day and this subject of suicide came up and my brother told me he did not wish to die alone if he was going to commit suicide and I asked why not just kill your self and not kill others he said because he would not wish to be alone on the other side . As far as that he my older brother did not commit suicide rather died of a heart attack in 2010 , but I do think he was on to something that tells maybe why some who commit suicide shoot others before killing them selves but there are many other reasons as well .

When I was younger, and I’m not even talking that long ago like the 2000’s, a news story like this would be considered a national tragedy. Today, it’s just another story in the Wednesday news cycle and it’ll be morned until Thursday rolls around. What an absolute nightmare of a time to be alive in this country. Why are these county parks not secured at night??? Every single day, I hear reports of shots being fired in DeKalb and Gwinnett parks. No one should be able to access those parks at night.
Yeah the location is not what is killing people. People are killing people and they can do that anywhere. Blaming the location is like blaming the tool. Let's focus on the actual killers and not get distracted by the unimportant. Was this guy a repeat felon that should have been locked up away from people for his prior crimes ? That is the usual situation.
