@@vanshverma9863 as per Sanyo 4440 data sheet output jyada nahi hai IC ka so if the speakers are of 60w and above then koi issue nahi hai… jyada volume pe bas distortion badh jayegi
Bhai jese speaker parcel tray me laga hua hai to uske diaphragm me wd40 spray kar skta hu Bina open kar kahi kharab to nahi hoga .. direct spray se.. ye risk nahi lena mujhe soldering wala ..

Sir mere paas bhi same yehi speaker hai or usme bhi glass ke pieces chale gaye hai or jam ho gaya hai lekin uska tweeter tut gaya hai naya tweeter kaha milega please reply me

No sir, brake oil may damage the coil insulation
Can wd40 or dry lube used in place of oil ?
Yes, you can, the only thing that i am sceptical about is the coil insulation, not sure if wd40 can damage that or not
@@MechanicallyYours i used wd40 on pcbs no harm done,my logic is that engine oil is more viscous that it might decrease the response time of the speaker..wd40 is less viscous compared to any engine oil...
Btw,Can you pls list out the price breakdown when you bought the parts for restoring..papers domes and coils.

Sir distortion aapke amplifier ke reason se bhi ho sakta hai...kaunsi head unit hai aapki car mei
Agar baaki speaker distort nahi karte to aap isme series mei ek 4ohm ka resistor laga ke dekho...
