- So folks in this video we do a couple more lanes, to be honest I was shattered after the trails we did in the morning however I still thoroughly enjoyed it. I do need to work on my fitness as I was puffing and panting quite a lot 🤣
Derbyshire is an absolutely stunning county so if you ever get the chance (possibly by attending The Lightweight Adventure Festival 2025) you will be pleasantly surprised by its beauty.
Anyway as always thank you so much for watching, stay safe and see you on the next one. 😀👍🏻
Cheers
Shane
I've just bought a mint 2015 crf ..1088 miles . Like new . Well.pleased . Tenere was full on for my skills
You have made an excellent purchase Dave, before I bought the Rally I had a look and test ride of several different machines including the Huskys, the T7 and the Tuareg and they are all cracking bikes however for me Rally ticked nearly all of the boxes. I liken it to an old Land Rover, its not the fastest, its not the lightest and its not the most comfortable but it will take you virtually anywhere. If you are prepared to spend a few quid on her ie suspension etc you will have in my opinion one of the best bikes out there. 👍🏻
Great video Shane. Good to see you having fun on the lanes. Mike.
Cheers Mike, I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. Looking forward to next years Festival 👍🏻
Great video Shane, I'm a little disappointed with myself for not making the ride, however it would have ended up a hospital case if I went 😂😅, glad you had a good time, in the middle of getting things sorted for pain management, still NO more camping for me, better being cautious than going through that again, I'm now in training to strengthen things up😉, was great meeting you and Shaun, right pair of comedians 🤣😂, take care 👍
Hey up Mark, thank you. To be honest you did the right thing by not coming on the ride, I reckon it would have blown your knee out and that wouldn't have been good as you had that long ride home. Hopefully next year you will be in a much better position to be able to join us on the trails. 👍🏻
@MrSTAdventures are you going next year ? I'll book into the same place if you're all camping.
@@mototripperuk Absolutely mate, for me I will most probably still camp, keeps the costs down and as you know I do enjoy it 👍🏻
Great review and endorsement of the festival, nice to have met you, glad youve got the trail riding bug, remember if you fancy a trail ride in the Yorkshire dales or Lancashire, lake district, you're welcome to stay at mine for the weekend 👍
Cheers Neil and ditto, I am hooked on the Trail riding now, can't get enough of it. I am going to have to find some more of them down here on the South Coast. Thank you very much for the offer and hey I may take you up on it at some point. Are you going to be at next years LWA Fest?
@@MrSTAdventures absolutely 👍
Mate, that looked like great fun. If your having minor off’s then are your having a bloody good time I reckon😉
Cheers Curt, it really was brilliant fun mate. The Festival was superb, great atmosphere mixed with great folks and a few beers and then the trails during the day, compared to where I live Derbyshire is Trail Heaven. Andy hey you are right re the minor spills, it all adds to the fun. 😂 Where are you off to next? 👍🏻
@@MrSTAdventures Not 100% certain yet Shane, just trying to sort out leave from work and organise the lads first😅😉
Nice one shane and well done. I do all those lanes regularly as it's my playground. Hopefully I'll be back on it for next year and I'll take you out along with the fatty pigeon 🤪
Cheers Mark, you are so lucky to have this area as your playground, I loved it and shall be returning to do more.
It must be driving you up the wall not being able to get out on the bike, fingers crossed it won't be for too much longer.
Looking forward to riding with you next year, hopefully the Fatty Pigeon will be able to join us 😂 👍🏻
@@MrSTAdventures defo mate, well once I'm riding again I may come down see you if I'm I voted. Be it I won't be able to do any really hard off road for a while
@@ishymoto3179 Im sure your easy stuff will equate to my hard stuff 😂 Will be great to meet you and have you along 👍🏻
I came off on the exact same step bit to the right . . On a tenere.. .
Looks flat on video but it wasn't!😊
Its a bit more severe than it looks, I was alright the first time I went up it in the morning but by the time I did it the afternoon I was cream crackered 😂 Have to say though its a cracking part of the world up there, so many trails to choose from compared to where I live on the south coast. Did you come to the LWA Festival?
Shane you must have had the lean sensor set to sensitive 😂😂
Like I was the lean sensor was worn out 😂😂😂😂👍🏻
Yeh mate might be 7 hours but you can still have some fun on the way. I'm heading off to a biannual rally in a couple of weeks which is about 650km and 7 hours approx away. Cheers
Anytime spent on the bike is fun isn't it. I hope you will be videoing the event?
Yes . We did 6 hours from the festival on the Saturday.
2 tenere . 1 KTM 500 . 1 husky 701.

Nice selection of machines there Dave 👍🏻
