MAS Term Professor at LKYSPP: Interview with Prof Tang Heiwai

Notable Hong Kong academic, Professor Tang Heiwai, was appointed by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as the MAS Term Professor in Economics and Finance in March 2024. He was hosted by the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) at NUS and the Economic Policy Group of MAS during the term of the Professorship.
We sat down with Professor Tang to discuss topics including global trade, RCEP, digital economy, and the future of Hong Kong, among others.
