I'm more of an 81x 60x kinda guy. But, one way or the other, you can't really go wrong with EMGs, with the right application. Low noise floor is amazing
None if the active guitar guys (phillip knight, dyland talks tones, the Casino guys) know anything about aftermarket pickups. Dylan will only talk about his (which I get). What are your fave 3 passive metal pickups?😊
I love the Super 77 Bridge with a FAT 55 for the neck!
Love the review. I have a guitar with the 57 66, but I definitely will replace the pickups on one of my other guitars with the 77 retro actives.

Yup they are some magical pickups that’s for sure. Some people don’t like them and I think they don’t know how to use them
Super77 all-day. Damn those babies sound clean
I agree!
I have the 66 57 TW set in a ESP Eclipse and turning the volume knob down the pickup doesn't clean up is it the same with the super 77.
I think the super 77s would work well with lower tunings. The 57/66 sounded too woollyto me. Like the tone knobs were turned halfway down.(?)
Great video
Thank you!
Meme'n on some Spinal tap. Love it
We gotta make that Marshall guitar!
@@AndrewZMusic I'm in
I'll design it up and we'll throw down

Passive metal pickup I love are Seymour Duncan invader, Dimarzio super distortion and even low output alnico humbuckers can sound great on ten
🔥
🙏🏼
57 sounds dull & lifeless
Horrible guitar player he only plays with three fingers does even use his pinky
lol first lick I’m literally using my pinky
Michael Schenker doesn't use his pinky to solo, so what can you say about that?
