7:35 this bug happens way too often hail of blades just wont activate for whatever reason when landing E, causing to cancel AA for passive proc :/ I've not found any clue why it happens, just randomly wont activate sometimes

I have reported it to Phlox+Riot eversince they nerfed electrocute in s13 and they said hob is not used enough for them to fix it :))))))))))))
