While we've recently had a few wrist rockets from these guys (including the Ultimate), the emphasis here is on design. You've also got an affordable asking price, with both the 41mm and 46mm sizes of Huawei Watch GT4 starting from 249 Euros.
The main difference between these smartwatches is the screen size, weight and battery life. You can expect two weeks of use from the 46mm model, while the 41mm version will offer half of that. Roughly. You have four different designs and straps for the big Huawei Watch GT 4, plus three models of the smaller wearable.
It's the same Harmony OS software on both, with upgraded health tracking and exercise support. The Huawei Watch GT 4 also boasts a bright and poppy OLED screen, built-in mic and speaker. But there's no eSIM support here, unlike the Huawei Watch 4.

For me, the big difference with my GT2 Pro is the Sapphire Glass front and Ceramic Back plate

My Huawei Watch GT3 works perfectly well with the Pixel 6 Pro and I'm sure the GT4 will be just as good. As he said, all the updates work through the Huawei Health app. These watches really are a once a week charge so I couldn't even consider a watch that has a one day battery life.
I use my gt2 with iphone and there are no problems

ikr :)) i actually sold the original one and with the money I got from it I bought the gt2e for a cheaper price than what i got when I sold the first one lol... and I keep looking at these new versions gt3 gt4 watch 4 etc... and i don't see any difference.... i might quit huawei and get a garmin even if they are extremly expensive but i least i will get functions that actually work... nfc, trackback etc... another disapointing release
Seriously now Huawei is apart of high end fashion Smart Watches and included Huawei Mate 60 Pro and X5 now more and more android systems phone wants to have Harmony OS.
the watch is beautiful but the issues i have with it is the lack of wifi, when in the house find my phone wont work unless your in bluetooth range, the second issue is lack of harmony os being open to other developers. It did have the best watch faces though and always on display was beautiful.

i dont understand why the FIND MY PHONE version has stopped working in HUawei gt3 pro ! i was soo dependent on that feature as i kept forgetting where i kept my phone.
Does the GT 4 have improved exercise tracking over the GT3 Pro? I like my GT3 Pro for freediving, but when it comes to lifting it's pretty basic. My Watch 4 Classic at least is able to track specific types of lifts, like bench presses, automatically tracks reps, and lets you input the weight for each set.
How is the heart rate accuracy?

If the battery life is credible, it's also quite remarkable. I've very recently switched from years of wearos to a skagen hybrid and the 1st thing I've found is it lasts forever.

Huawei watch battery life is real. I own the GT3 Pro, and if AOD is off, it drains about 10% battery every day. If AOD is on, I have about 4-5 days between charges assuming I had an active week.

You can't really compare them since the ticwatch is a fully featured smartwatch whereas the gt series of Huawei is comprised of what is essentially glorified fitness bands. If you care about actual smart features, the tic watch is the better watch. If you only care about battery life or you like the looks, then the Huawei is a nice option. Personally I think Samsung's watches are the best

Guys I recently bought this watch after having a gt 3 but I can't seem to find the setting for changing the AOD face, did they remove the option to change it or is it hidden somewhere in the settings? anyone who knows please let me know would be much appreciated!

@@EmmieSuksai WE SPEAK ENGLISH HERE. My RUclips channel has around 500,000 views. I previously DM'd Chris Barraclough as to how he was able to get the Watch 4 relatively easily and quickly. You have to have a brain to figure these things out, STUPIDE.

I've just ordered the ladies gold gt4 , My first smart watch the gt2 is still going strong battery lasts 2 weeks ,but is huge on my tiny wrist , Last year I bought samsung galaxy watch 5 the battery life is useless it doesn't even last a day, then I bought the huwawei watch D great for health but can't take calls and has no speaker 🔇 and even more massive than gt2 ,😅❤

No one tells that this watch will not pare with any app on your iPhone and it would be only sport watch if you use it with ios , many reviews and non have mentioned this important lack and all telling it’s pairs with both ios and android without mentioning the reality

So this is actually a promotion as opposed to a review. Its a long video about features with marketing terms and marketing definitions, you didnt even speak about usability and experience so how can you call it a review?

I must admit for the money huawei and honor put out some decent products. I recently had an honor 70 and now a 90...sure it's no iPhone 15 but it's decent for the price... I also have the honor earbuds 3 pro which are decent... And the huawei watch fit 2... Now thinking of getting the huawei gt 4 for a more elegant look. Pretty happy with their products and their prices... Someone on a lower budget can really benefit. I also try and find some used items on ebay like the watch and earphones to save some money 👍🏻

I can only assume they'll be just as uncaring with updates on the devices as I discovered with my GT 2e which only ever got one firmware update since I got it from new. Hardwares fine, battery life fine and the usual conspiracy theorists abound regarding the use of a sideloaded health app as USA and China still don't love each other
