He is NOT an African American chale!!!
Do you have WhatsApp?
Brother is plugging well into the African culture , police attitude, and African contractors behavior. He has the right attitude to make it in Africa.
@@esthersbucketlist
But Ghana is in Africa🤷♂️
@@esthersbucketlistKeep that same energy when you say America instead of Colombus, Oh of NYC.
Man has graduated with a first class Degree in Ghana Life. Congrats! Beautiful interview!
love it

I love it when a real man speak.this is a real man speaking.
I can attest to everything he says living in Kenya. Imagine being 62yrs, American, and a woman. I would not change a thing. No pain no gain! ❤Kenya but it's not without challenges. Anything new has good and bad. I chose to focus on the good.
Facts I can second that..just returned from kenya
What is a good area to live in in Kenya? How much is a plot of land?
@user-si9vr5ml5m it's very diverse. But building a bridge to the motherland, I would suggest building a relationship with a family or professional business that has a government credidation..I'm in a very much developing area called nakuru. Not too far from kenyas first afrocentric school. At $100 a year lease for hector....
I'm proud of my Guyanese brother, big up 🇬🇾 !
This is a great guy, I like the way he tells his story. Honestly our brothers need to do better, robbing another brother who’s trying to bring development is disgusting
They do the same to the locals, you just gotta on guard
African is a crime scene 😂😂😂😂

As a Ghanaian..I'm super proud of this man..and i hope to acquire one of his properties..if not for anything ..i will visis Sharq island in the future
New Yorkers can make it anywhere! He is a New Yorker. Living there is another level, it is doggy dog. Anyway I am so proud of this man and everything he is saying is on the money!
I love this brother honestly... He's kinda strength we need in the continent
Lesson learnt " not everybody see 👀 the VISION." Wellsaid brother true son of Mama AFRICA 🌍 🇬🇭 🇳🇬 😊👍
This man is happy and has a whole fresh vibe.Africa is the future.
I went to Ghana 06 & work on the Mercy Ships for 2 months it was a great experience, I was a nurse, I love this guy, he give the highs & lows & how great Africa is,
Great job bro I'm coming to Ghana 🇬🇭 soon hope I get to meet you I'm also from Guyana 🇬🇾
You already a Ghanaian, bless your soul.No shaking, you already standing strong like the IROKO tree.Nothing will uproot you.Welcome home brother.
All of us living in Africa can relate. Its about the long term big picture
Great interview! I remember seeing you interviewed this guy some years ago. Back then, I think he was thinking of doing something at Asebu (he wasn't even married then), and now this guy from Guyana bought an island 🏝️🏖️. There is no limit to what one can achieve in Ghana; all it takes is patience and wisdom. As I always say, I have special love in my heart for Ghana. It's my maternal ancestral land. My ancestors were brought to Jamaica from the Akwapim Mountains, so I have a connection to Ghana. I think with exposure like this, the land scamming in Ghana is slowly changing. I hope to meet that guy one day!
Now, I remember him with Asebu
Love this guy positive energy reminds me of dame dash you have to have a soldier mentality to survive in Africa
I'm very inspired by today's conversation. I think he's a great guy. We need people with vision like this brother to developed the continent.
I love this guy!!!!
We need a lot more like him🎉
One of the best interviews I've watched on Ghana. Real, to the point and introspective. Thank you!
We Ghanians do not follow the laws and we wonder why everything is so hard in this country. We are our worst enemies. We have to start enforcing the laws and giving real consequences when they are broken.
Exactly my dear , law is the only tool that sharps or make as human beings and not just a living thing on earth .

Lawyers and Judges are the no 1 Problems in Ghana Iam a big time victim
His amazing, tell it to my sons here in the uk. May God continue to bless your channel. Africa is the best.❤
You ask God for patience he gives you challenges to have you tested .Ghana teaches you patience . I think Guayana built you strong enough to stand up to the challenges .I sit back and listen to you and I say yeah this is it. You should start helping others coming down to see if they can work things up but it's interesting watching you. Mr. Walker you are truly amazing.
Yes sir! I felt that when he said, “I’m trying not to revert”. Ghana will teach you patience for sure !
Waw, that man is really an extremely interesting character.
Marvin has come a long way. I remember that interview you two did previously. Congratulations on growth, progress, family bond, and expanding clientele.

He is one of the best examples, if not the greatest example of resilience, hope, faith, and consistency in the face of adversity. He is so original. He is surely a great leader who believes in himself and also impact on his immediate community and generations to come. He is worth being followed by all diasporans. I pray for more success, long life and protection. Cheers brother and keep it up!!!
What an amazing person! Ghana needs such rugged and determined individuals to achieve greatness. He is a born winner and I wish him success in what he's doing. Mr Walker is an asset to Ghana.
This was an awesome interview. Marvin was great he is so transparent.
Marvin, once my project reaches a certain point I will pay you a visit and we can bounce ideas off each other...lol....keep up the good work! 😛

Thank you, I will be coming to Namibia 🇳🇦, can you send us a DM on Instagram? WebnationAfrica or Capt_Hayford

This actually sounds like a business opportunity. In the U.S. we have Angie’s list, Home advisor and Thumbtack, etc. These companies provide contact with vetted contractors that provide quality work and good service. If Ghanaians and the diaspora only use companies on such lists the fraudsters will get the message due to the lack of work coming their direction.
I like the way you think ☝🏿 it would be a great business opportunity. I hope to see it in the future
I really love the energy of your guest and hus determination to succeed on the mother land. Big up guy!!!❤❤❤
GOD IS FAITHFUL
Good info. We are learning from you.
This is not because he was a diaspora, they do it to everyone, I paid double when I was building my house, I am a Ghanaian but they got me, I was ready to finish someone
That doesn't make it right 😕
This makes me not even wanna consider relocating to Ghana. Is it even worth it
Excellent editing man. Love the introduction. Watching you from Barbados 🇧🇧🇧🇧🇧🇧🇧🇧🥂❤️

This was a great interview. Mr. Walker was transparent in sharing his experiences with us. He would have had a very difficult time achieving his dream in the US that is a corporation. People calling themselves black are “chattel property”. Both of you keep up the good work. I’m proud of you both. Hope to meet you both in the future. Peace and blessings.
He met his match this time around 😅

Quoting for the best materials to then purchase subpar materials goes on in Britain too - very common among even big firms.
Sounds like the trick is to know everything and trust no one. Great :)
Just the intro git me.good stuff. I'm working on getting to ghana permanent. Thinking bout buying a plot in abrui
Nice one, I'm happy for the brother keep it up. I was also thinking about starting a business in Africa but I think I'm now looking towards Nigeria since a lot of big things are starting to happen over there and also they have a big population which is good for business.
The beginning video already attracted me 🎉

Love the interview. I went to Ghana for the first time this month for 18days. I love it
I am glad you liked it,Come back soon
@@WebnationAfrica I will be back in November.
Awesome see you then
Interesting conversation,, so many points were expressed sincerely. The America society is a credit system which means is to buy now then pay later on many things. For example there are companies that people can RENT expensive designer clothing or buy gentle used expensive clothing so this a consumer approach which makes CAPITALIST works . Africans should try to understand that.a completely debt free society here would cripple this country.
Its a pity, that if he was asian, lebanese or white they wouldnt treat him like this.
Not true. Everyone goes through the same issue when it comes to land acquisition in Ghana, regardless of where you come from.
Foreign embassies were pulled down in Ghana due to land litigation.
It is a big problem that needs to be resolved quickly, but trust me, even powerful Ghanaian politicians are not spared when it comes to land issues.
Chinese, Lebanese, Europeans & Americans experience similar situations in Ghana.
@@KofiGreat-hb3oi give me some examples other than the embassy..
@TabsT-vy5jy There are numerous cases. Just a couple of weeks ago, 10 new houses (about 90% complete) were demolished in East Legon over land issues. The houses belong to a powerful financier of the rulling government.
@@KofiGreat-hb3oi was that financier white, Asian or Lebanese?
@@KofiGreat-hb3oiAbsolutely 💯

There're bad people all over the world and i must say the world is in a mess because we humans have decided to mess it up with extreme selfish intetest without thinking of the physical, mental and the emotional damage our actions are left on others. If only we all will do to others just the way we want them to do unto us,everywhere in the world not only Ghana will be a better place to live in.I pray God help us all to be the best version of ourselves where the act of humanity leads in all our dealings with each other🙏I wish him well👏
"eeeh my ass"😂😂😂😂 so funny.
All radio stations should do citizens call in about Judges and Lawyers behaviour in Ghana opp's some.I bet media is also not helping Ghanaians abroad and home if the Law works, some of the so called cheif's have to be in Jail by now
They all use culture to commit crimes
I am wondering how come he had to lease the land when his wife is a citizen and she ownes the company?
Did he said he is " Guyanese "?
A Guyanese American would be crazy to build in Ghana rather than Guyana at this time. Guyana is booming and all the Afro-Guyanese are missing out as the Indo-Guyanese are ceasing all the large scale opportunities.
i am Guyanese and building in Ghana. You go deal with the PPPC Bull$__ i am taking my chances in Ghana.
@markweekes8858 Don't worry, the Venezuelan migrants will take your share.
