Great interview! I remember seeing you interviewed this guy some years ago. Back then, I think he was thinking of doing something at Asebu (he wasn't even married then), and now this guy from Guyana bought an island 🏝️🏖️. There is no limit to what one can achieve in Ghana; all it takes is patience and wisdom. As I always say, I have special love in my heart for Ghana. It's my maternal ancestral land. My ancestors were brought to Jamaica from the Akwapim Mountains, so I have a connection to Ghana. I think with exposure like this, the land scamming in Ghana is slowly changing. I hope to meet that guy one day!

This actually sounds like a business opportunity. In the U.S. we have Angie’s list, Home advisor and Thumbtack, etc. These companies provide contact with vetted contractors that provide quality work and good service. If Ghanaians and the diaspora only use companies on such lists the fraudsters will get the message due to the lack of work coming their direction.

For example there are companies that people can RENT expensive designer clothing or buy gentle used expensive clothing so this a consumer approach which makes CAPITALIST works . Africans should try to understand that.a completely debt free society here would cripple this country.

Foreign embassies were pulled down in Ghana due to land litigation.
It is a big problem that needs to be resolved quickly, but trust me, even powerful Ghanaian politicians are not spared when it comes to land issues.

There're bad people all over the world and i must say the world is in a mess because we humans have decided to mess it up with extreme selfish intetest without thinking of the physical, mental and the emotional damage our actions are left on others. If only we all will do to others just the way we want them to do unto us,everywhere in the world not only Ghana will be a better place to live in.I pray God help us all to be the best version of ourselves where the act of humanity leads in all our dealings with each other🙏I wish him well👏

All radio stations should do citizens call in about Judges and Lawyers behaviour in Ghana opp's some.I bet media is also not helping Ghanaians abroad and home if the Law works, some of the so called cheif's have to be in Jail by now
They all use culture to commit crimes

A Guyanese American would be crazy to build in Ghana rather than Guyana at this time. Guyana is booming and all the Afro-Guyanese are missing out as the Indo-Guyanese are ceasing all the large scale opportunities.

@kentdavids6611 which country is not a crime scene? The place where children are shot in classroom? Or places where the innocent are shot? I will rather be in a place where the risk is scam than a place where the risk is to be shot or thrown in prison.
