Yeah Dorney Park had a decent enough lineup considering its size and proximity to other notable parks like Knoebels, Hershey, and Great Adventure (and to some extent Nickelodeon Universe). However I think Iron Menace was really what they needed to help push it a little bit over the edge in perhaps making it more of a destination for those on the east coast. I also thought it's Planet Snoopy area and flat ride collection is sliightly underrated.

Yeah definitely one of the best Planet Snoopy’s we’ve seen and we agree. The public love those Dive Coasters and this will certainly help Dorney compete with those other parks.

Completely agree Dorney beats out Hershey and Great Adventure for flat rides but they still need one or two stand out coasters to truly compete with them. Good news is Cedar Fair has a plan to invest heavily in Dorney over the next 10 years and bring it up to one of their tier 1 parks. Iron Menace is just the start, they have two more coasters planned along with more themed areas and more dynamics flat rides. Wildwater Kingdom is already set for an expansion in 2025.
