If Rodríguez would have developed maybe about 60% of modern top players racquet skills and technique, he would have been number one for many seasons with that athleticism and guts.
When seeing Rodriguez play like this, I can only imagine how good he'd have been if he'd have had any kind of short game. His dropshots in general are almost as bad as Rösner's were :P
@@MrJoel3498 Funnily enough in late 2018 I remember Rosner himself found exceptional form in his drop shots, particularly on the backhand, and that's when he shot up to #3 in the world with wins over all the big players.

If I had a game between Farag and Rodriguez within travelling distance I would go right away! OK, they have the money to arrange it, but there is a big debate about "sport washing" in all other sports?
