He has shared his opinion without abusing and degrading Gen. sb therefore there is no need to be harsh on his comments.
      The presence of such level of sanity and decency only on both sides can lead to peace prevailing at both ends. Such people are rare so we should value and respect them instead of bashing them. Lets not be excessively critical. The interview went quite well. It is easy to talk big in the comments section, but for a person who person looks as young, and probably as inexperienced as him, he did a very good job. And the general too handled the it quite well, with keeping the conversation going and going easy. I'm pretty sure over 90% of those criticizing either in this comments section would have either nothing left to say or keep bumbling around after 5 minutes, not even able to maintain a general structure of the interview.
    Sure, a lot of improvement is needed, but that comes with time, and there is always a first time for everything for everyone.

      This is because,
      In first place Pakistan president pervaiz Musharraf, gave unprecedental support to USA in giving all type of military and logistic support to overthrow Taliban regime.
      The Taliban reign ironically was an aftermath of the mujhideen, which the CIA created (and ISI helped to create) to tackle Soviets in Afghanistan.
      There is a long long history which I can't cover here but,
      Analogically and only on objective basis the greatest mistake "PAKISTAN DID WAS SIDE WITH USA IN WAR ON TEROR AFTER 9/11."

    • @SA-rk4ku
      @SA-rk4ku 3 года назад

      If Pakistan didn't side with USA invading Afghanistan, no aftershocks would have been put on Pakistan's shoulder....
      Pakistani military, by taking history in account, acted as a superior state that worked different from national interest and political interests.Hired on multiple occasions by westerns, the military had lost its essence in the most objective of assessments.
      This is why you will see, "establishment, deep state, wardi, etc" words by Pakistani politicians.....

      Hence nullyfying any chance of capture...
      Could USSR implement a bribed government to take their side in the cold war era at that time, seems more reasonable ....

      @@Someone-bg6qu ...he "sold" nothing.....the territory of Pashtunistan was already under British control, thanks to Ranjit Singh's treason with the support of European mercenaries that came to rest control over all India from the Mughals, under the British East India company. When Amir Abdurrehman Khan left Russian controlled Central Asia for Kabul, where Afghans awarded him the title of Amir, the British had firmly occupied Kandahar after their humiliating defeat in Maywand. To save face, they sent a large army of occupation.
      The Amir reluctantly entered into an agreement that was to expire in 100 years, precisely as in Hong Kong to China. But the peace with the British also allowed him to rebuild the Afghan State and leave a legacy behind for his grandson to secure complete Independence, with a failed attempt to free Pashtunistan. He was off course overthrown by the treacherous British puppet, Bacha e Saqqow.

      @@Someone-bg6qu ..."end of story"....how convenient for you. Show me the actual Durand agreement in Farsi/Pashto, signed by the Amir.
      As for Afghans allegedly having started the conflict, I guess you're too stupid to understand that the conflict began with the departing British leaving behind their puppets to create the state of Pakistan, which absorbed occupied Pashtunistan and Baluchistan. There was nothing wrong with Afghan leaders standing up for their national interests. What was wrong however, were Afghan traitors serving either Moscow or Islamabad against their own national leaders before the Saur Coup.
