    Uk y i love this book, i have heard many people criticising it but most of the girls can relate being there in a marriage or a relationship where the person is abusive or a red flag, yes we can see, we can feel too but ahh it's so difficult to leave them when u r in love, u feel every emotion, u can see urself getting hurt still pleeding them , and at last when u choose urself nd stand for urself , that's where u are nd u feel urself again, so yes everyone is colour blind , that's y we always say that i wish i can know a person just by talking to them , i can literally write a blog 😂😂😂, but it's enough for today

      So true, everybody just come up with moral code, "leave from toxic relationship" oh really is it that easy, I mean giving your advice on it than actually going through this same process is hella difficult, I don't know why some people need to be preachy like Lily should have done this, oh Ryle must have had a motive to hit Lily, and how Lily is red flag not letting Ryle know about her past relationship, but actually did they even read the whole book without introspecting that Lily is such a weak and toxic character here, I don't know why people just blame the victim for everything. Lily was not male dependent, she left Ryle and I think it wasn't intended it was the writer's choice to put the divorce thing just after delivery of her baby. I am just expressing my view that online people have become thoughtless they don't know the difference between constructive criticism and pure hatred. I understand we all don't need to like all kinds of books, it is your choice, but then just bashing the writer's work is really unattractive, there is a dignity of doing everything but I can see people love to jump on bandwagon and troll some work constantly until the writer says "I feel scared of writing new novels"

    Yeah! I love this book, but no need to go to a psychiatric, coz it's obvious, the way author portrayed each & every character is soo beautiful.. & we can relate it to those women out there who r still struggling wd their emotions.. In their relationships & this author has given them a courage to take stand to themselves & a closure.it's obvious to love. It was not d scrubs Lilly loved his dedication towards his duty, myself an mbbs student I have a spl love towards surgeons & scrubs 💚It's very easy to judge lily( colorblind),as an outsider but when u find urself in that, then u'll feel that how difficult it'll be to leave a person whoom u love d most..but she did it.. I appreciate Lilly. Hats off to the writer.. She is just amazing 🥰💙

  • @debanjanachakraborty7416
    @debanjanachakraborty7416 Год назад +31

    It is fictitious bcoz it's a fiction... And i feels it's not the scrubs that draws millions of readers to this book ..it's the raw and real characters ( Ryle, Lily and Atlas) and the emotional rollercoaster that this book takes their readers on ... Atleast for me this was the reason and that's why this is one of all time fav romance book i hv read ...

    • @Bell_414
      @Bell_414 Год назад +8

      That is the problem- this book is not Romance, It's about surving abuse and healing from it. A lot of people picked it up because they thought it was a 'sweet romance novel' but were stunned when they realised it's about toxic relationship.

  • @sakshimanochaa
    @sakshimanochaa Год назад +38

    IKR, it's a nice book, but it gets very unrealistic sometimes, like the scrubs thing was actually too cheesy and totally unnecessary!

      And yeah the guy was literally on his knees begging lily to have sex with him.
      I mean,,if I ever feel such strong emotions towards an outsider who i've not known for long, I'll still be utterly embarrassed to do this kinda stuff...that shall be such a massive turn off for the other person as well

    I really agree with ur review.. and I am a medical student n I can answer the scrub question part.. yes we can wear scrub outside hospital.
    It's like how doctors wear normal clothes to hospital.. but instead of that some like to wear scrubs as it's more convenient and comfortable while working.. and the material is more microbial resistant than normal clothes. So yea.. we usually wear scrubs to hospital but point to remember we change to different sterile scrubs when entering OT.
