I feel that these are abit overpiced for what they are but these are good for the people who want that much more realism for trucking or even sim racing
i disagree, this product isn't available aside from moza, also if you take a look at a button box that has the same amount of inputs, its close to the moza stalks, also the moza stalks have easier to understand inputs, rather than the button box which you tend to forget where you mapped a certain function in your sim. i think it's priced correctly.
Before this product was announced, I was looking into getting some real turn signals, 3d printing some mounts, and using arduinos to get everything working. Not really becuase I need it, but more for the fun of it. I mostly race, but like my truck sim from time to time, and I think this would be a good addition to the setup, since there is barely anything like this ready to use on the market
For some people this will be great, There is nothing like it on the market. Most brands don't leave their comfort zone, but these guys even have flight gear now! I was skeptikal of moza in the beggining but ended up buying a wheelbase and a couple of wheels from them. Almost 1 year in, and I have no complaints so far. On another topic, and something I wasn't expecting from moza since they are a chinese company and I have had to deal with some for the paste few years : I recently had a power surge that killed both my fanatec pedals and moza wheelbase. Moza has been very easy to deal with and got me under warranty, smooth process. There is some difficulty in language sometimes, but I really feel they are doing their best and wan't to help. Fanatec had me paying for the fix, and are very very slow on the communications side. They are taking sometimes 4-5 days to reply. Moza replied every single day, soemtimes more than once.
I think I really need this and I have no idea why. I may as well get one as I already have a significant other. She will be...thrilled, or utterly disappointed, so there may be an argument, inevitably following the words "you bought what?" Or a departure. 🤣
Two downsides: 1. They can only be used as a standalone device, despite being made by the same company. Therefore, MOZA should release a USB hub which allows the wheel base and these stalks to be plugged in together via one USB so that they’re recognized as one device. 2. Although not MOZA’s fault, many game developers are yet to update their key bindings’ settings to allow the stalks to be assigned to the controls properly. Like the dashes, the stalks should work with all games supporting them as well.
I personally really like this stalk attachment, because I play more driving sims than racing sims, such as truck sim, beamng (which can be both but I use it for mostly casual racing and driving), and so this is a cool addon for me. However, I won’t be buying them because I would rather spend the money on something else, but if I did have enough money these would def be going in my cart
I currently have a Thrustmaster TX Ferrari 458 Italia Edition wheel with the TP3A peddle set. I am ready to upgrade my set up to a direct drive setup and I really like this set up and I do play ATS and ETS looking at the MOZA R12 Wheel with the MOZA TSW Truck Wheel for playing ATS and ETS along with the sim racing games I play like I racing, ASSETTO CORSA and Project cars 2. I really like the Moza ESX Steering Wheel for PC & Xbox for $119.00 add on to the MOZA Trucking Bundle for $549.00 and then add the SRP Pedals set. Great video thank you for your time!!!
What I really do like about MOSA is they're doing everything they can to add accessories to their current wheelbases and I'm really disappointed with SiMagic for not doing the same. As soon as I saw that new Alpha EVO, I was disappointed with Simagic because one of the reasons I bought the Simagic Alpha was I was looking forward to being able to upgrade it to USB pass through later and it looks like they've just completely ignored the customer that got them here
Every one is saying they are silly when I like to play Beamng realistically so I have to bind buttons to indicators which I could use for something else and also with how many controls are on them they would be extremely useful for extra binding in professional sim racing
ultimately its a button box right? you don’t need to use them like they would be used in real cars - could be helpful for eg VR with having more controls at your fingertip without looking at a screen/regular button box or simply to have extra buttons - eg brake bias if you don’t have those on your wheel
That's good, but the problem is the game's keybinds, like in ETS2 when you turn on the blinker there's no keybind for “blinker off” so u need to reactivate the blinker to turn it off, or the lights where there's only a keybind for pilot lights and low beam.
@@rauljimenez414 I'm gonna be that guy. By that logic, checkers is also 3d. Chess is an inherently 2d (two dimensional) game not because of the characteristics of the pieces, but by the ways that said pieces can be moved. You can't move a piece vertically up or down, hence no third dimension.
I've been looking at the various ecosystems and options offered by them as I lean towards upgrading my Logitech G29. I'm watching Simagic closely right now hoping their new wheel base will have Playstation compatibility. Also excited for their competing stalks that were revealed at ADAC.
Although I really want one, I don't play with large vehicles. It seems that simagic and conspit don't have such products. Is it because this group is too small?
I just cant think of a use case. I play no hesi sometimes. But my clutch paddles do fine for that. Maybe AC EVO will make these more useful for people who dont play truck sims. Like us IRL truckies
I will add though for actual driver training it would be handy to have a clutch with a real bike point some real turn signals and you know just the things that would be required to put a young person through some basic car training before you put them into the real thing because Training my sons how to drive is one of the things I'd like to be able to do on my simulator and being able to indicate like an IRL car would be good for that
I'm starting to want MOZA equipment an more but I don't have PC or Xbox, from their new load cell pedals an the wheels they keep dropping, I'm definitely gonna switch after christmas
100% I thought it would be neat to try it in a much more popular sim like Assetto Corsa, as every other video already covers this product in a trucking sense
They are technically compatible with any third party wheel as they connect independently via USB to a PC. However, properly getting them to fit onto third party wheelbases, without specialized mounting accessories won’t be possible, and I don’t think there are any such things for the V99. So I would say no.
Hey oc i heard that the thrusmaster t248 software/force feedback has gotten better over updates, and since the price has dropped significantly. It might be worth it in taking a second look at it, maybe even comparing it to a t300 rs for example.
i have them, and they just make sense!! no longer do you have to press a button on your steering wheel for your signals, lights, wipers, cruise control. it frees up so much space on your steering wheel.
Agreed. I still find myself trying to use stalks when I'm playing ETS, out of sheer habit. It drives me crazy :) I have these on order, should be here in the next week according to the distributor
you forgot to mention that these stalks will make your steering wheels sit much closer, so you have to adjust your wheel deck to change the distance to a comfortable position.
I find this to be an extremely silly and unrealistic review, basing this off the intro, I cannot believe you expected BMW drivers, even simracers, to use turn signals, but I guess they could use them to practice NOT using them.

There are many reasons why I used Assetto Corsa for this review: For starters, on a product like this, the game I’m using it with has no impact on the products performance. Regardless of using this on Assetto or not, I can talk about how they feel, how they look, and how they perform, all of which I did. Secondly, most of my viewers primarily play Assetto Corsa. I don’t cater to a big audience of trucking or farming sim fanatics so I wanted to tailor this review more to my audience. Thirdly, I wanted to do something new. Every review on this product talks about this on a trucking or farming sense, what’s the point of me saying the exact same things? I don’t see how this review is bad simply due to the game I tested it on?

I was eating at the restaurant with my family when the phone indicated my Simagic FX Pro arrived home. I immediately sprinted.
For optimal immersion I now also want a beep beep signal when I have to reverse out of a crash!
