The Self Esteem Wrecker Story
One period of time about two years ago, I gained about 10lbs between Halloween and Christmas. Two of my aunts and two of my uncles spread rumors that I was pregnant. Thanks aunts and uncles. That destroyed who I was, shattered my self confidence, and spun me into an eating disorder. Even now I don't know why, seeing as how one of those aunts looks anorexic and the other one looks like she's carrying 12 kids in her belly. Before you worry - I am in fact recovering from my rapid downward spiral, and I now have to learn to love my body again while losing 60lbs.
Wow, so you gain weight and you're automatically pregnant? Wow, some people suck! But I want anyone who reads your story to know the damage that rumours can cause! Their big mouthes caused you legitimate harm. I'm glad you're okay, did your parents believe the rumour that you're pregnant or did they think it was ridiculous?
***** Oh, my parents didn't believe them. I have an awesome relationship with my parents, and if I was they would have been the first people I told. However, they were fully aware that I was a virgin at the time. More reason why I was so horrified about the rumors.

Actually one thing about the "goodie to shoes" or "the perfect child". Half the time they don't like being bragged about and actually are so polite because they aren't comfortable in this situation and are just trying to fit in. And the most shocking of all they hate special treatment and think it is imbarrising and gives them a bad image. So don't talk so bad about this child there is another side to them just like the "rebel".
This is basically my life😃👍. Oh and they also hate bragging( it gets old and you don't know what to do when everyone is talking about you and you kinda find it awkward). And Remember I am talking about the actual good kid not the phonie ☝️ one.

A cousin who's a drug addict. An uncle who also is a drug addict. A grandma who manipulates everything. Another grandma who is super touchy about everything. An aunt who yells at me a lot. Having 22 aunts and uncles, and 36 cousins, I have many of all of these relatives. Half the time my family hates the way I was raised cuz my father wasn't a Havard graduate with like 10 master degrees making a shit ton of money like they all do. When he died, suddenly, I was raised in a cave to them. So that perfect cousin, yea that was NEVER me and it will NEVER be me.

22 aunts and uncles eh? You haven't met an asian family then, because we literally have at least a million aunts and uncles on each side of the family. And then another billion cousins, nieces and nephews. Because omfg our grandparents or my at least my grandparents reproduce like damn bunnies and also adopt more children. Also in asian families (esp in my family) family friends are also aunts and uncles and because there are so many aunts and uncles that we don't know if they are biologically related to us or if they are our family friends. Also it's difficult because we have to address them with the aunt/uncle honorific so that complicates matters.
But don't worry it's actually kind fun, but in context with this video it's like having 100x more of these "ego wreckers" and "unnecessary uncles" than the average family xD

I'm the Champion Cousin. My elder relatives always say that I'm polite, I'm friendly, I'm doing well at school. And the Champion Cousin type is also called the "Mom's friend's daughter/son" because they're always brought up to the conversation between parents and their kids as the "model"
Those parents always say things like "Why don't you do like her/him? She/He is a good girl/boy. She/He got good grades in school"
And you know what? Those Champion Cousin know that themselves are not perfect too!! They know their flaws and when they did something wrong, their parents also compare them to the other better kids. There are always someone better than us and better than those Champion Cousin, dudes
When you are being compared to the Champion Cousin or other better kids, you should know that you might be someone's parents' model and you got praised for being a good child.
