These are the clothes I usually wear in crossover missions (starting with Blow Your Cover): Leather jacket & cream track top Hinterland boots Track pants in black and white Whether I am not doing a crossover mission, I wear a suit from Perseus.
at what point in the story are you in? if still early (before you meet Mallorie and Michelle), maybe that's the case? or something could've gone wrong with your savegame file? (try starting a new game and hopefully you can interact inside the store)
