controller players really don't know how easy they've got it until they try using a mouse, unless you're a sniper player then mnk is worse in every way. having the controller INSANTLY track people when they swing is ridiculous, especially in a game like this where every millisecond matters in a gunfight since half of the bullets barely register

An analogy that I think makes sense when comparing mnk & controller is fishing with a pole or a net. A fishing pole can have a bunch of advanced features and durability, but at the end of the day, the individual who cast the line has to reel it in and do everything in their power to not lose what they hooked just for one fish. They have to manage their own energy while also gauging the stamina of the fish so they can reel them in without snapping the line if the fish pulls back. A net might not be nearly as versatile and can be limited by the type of water or the material its made of, but as soon as fish get caught in it the fisherman just has to close the net and pull it out of the water.

My main complaint on why Controller is OP is because visuals do not matter. Visual recoil does not affect controller players and as long as they see your name they can kill you. Especially on MW2 with how much visual recoil that game had MnK was just not viable.
I still retain fast reaction times on m&k with above average performance in the games I mainly play with exception to BO6. I could stay relatively close to my own controller performance stat wise in CoD’s previous titles until this year. It’s next to impossible to track while hitting all or most of your shots (m&k) against higher skill controller players with the fast unpredictable movement.

Don't be afraid to experiment way outside of the normal sens/fov ranges to find something game and playstyle specific. I think sensitivity is very important, which is not an opinion held by most of the "aim community", but i don't think a lot of them can aim in-game. I play such drastically different sensitivities on different games and even game modes. Last cod for ranked, i played on 136-154cm/360 for my ADS sens and 69cm/360 hip, at 90 fov and was an absolute cannon from mid to long range. When i grinded gunfight, i played on 49cm/360, which is my overwatch sens, and on smite 2, which i am grinding now, i play on 13cm/360. This cod, i feel like a cannon at 92cm/360 Ads and my hip is at 69cm/360 at 103 fov. A few years ago, when i seen how consistent Tfue was on cod/fortnite, i looked up his settings and seen how far outside the sens range everyone says and started trying anything that would work for my playstyle on a given game and became a lot better. Tfue played cod at 56cm/360 hip and 110-115cm/360 ads.

this was the first year i switched to controller. every cod release they are designing the game to give a bigger advantage to controller without directly buffing aim assist. longer ttk, faster movement, you can't just post up and get kills as easily as before, and it gets even worse in ranked when you have to get on the hardpoint against a jackal up close. if the pro's really wanted to see who was the best, controller or not, they could GA aim assist with all the things they're GA'ing, but no this game is designed for casuals and the pros would rather look good than put in the work

I use Razer Tartarus v2 keyboad and wired Basilisk v2 on my PS5. With setting right, I can still enjoy the game. I try not to look at my cross hair too much while aiming as long as always centering and I can still have fun. But it's a controller game for sure. Battlefield on PC years back was my main stay.

0:40 --- big same. MW3 was and is still very doable on m+kb, but I've had to finally make the switch for BO6. I'm old now, but aim assist carries all that dead weight my slowed reflexes are on mouse. It's funny watching how ugly my movement and inputs are on controller, but how good I can aim despite that. Acti have really created something with this aim assist.

I been playing mnk for 6 years now and my aim in above average.. but it is just impossible to do what Controller does ... i literally will plug in my controller every once and a while and drop my PR so i just gave up on mnk because Controller is completely over power

@CODPlayer033-yt My point is that a lot of M&K players are complaining about controller. In my opinion, you can do about the same with either one. There are top level players who use either one. You will never see me complain that I lost because someone is using a certain peripheral. To be honest, I can use controller without aim assist. It maybe has a 10% difference. I frequently turned it off in Cold War because of "aim resist" in bad connections.

Tbh half of the time I feel as if im having to fight against my aim assist, especially if someone slides across my screen infront of me the aim assist for some reason loses all ability to do its job. Also when im shooting one person then someone from behind them appears and your aim tracks onto the next guy so instead of getting a kill you miss out on both and die instead of getting one trade off.

i just tried controller for the first time in YEARS for a shooter. all i have is like 10 hours in halo on the xbox 360 of my cousin back in the day, and maybe 200 hours of rocket league. FIRST round i play with controller in my normal sweatlobbies with multiple prestigemasters and dark matter enjoyers, i go 45-30. yes, that is not insane, but i had to do nearly NOTHING because the controller did nearly all the tracking/aiming for me. and all that in sweat lobbies while i'm DOGSHIT with controller.

Also u should give the gyro a try,Dual Sense is nice,saw some gyro players n it seems most fun way and intuitive way to play tbf ,not COD ofc lol but worth a shot for content
i do play gyro and completely agree, it's way more fun and rewarding than abuse aim assist. getting the kills knowing you did all aiming by yourself, feel so much better. Gyro would be the solution the the whole MnK vs Controller debate, but most controller players don't want to give up their "Aimbot" and learn to aim by themself.

Nah. Watch any Team EXE or Revosect montage. People can aim like that His lobbies seem easier than they should be though. I don't know if he reverse boosts or what, but getting the clips he does is difficult in actual SBMM lobbies. Maybe those clips are from the occasional easier lobbies

@ aim assist is already broken enough, MNK is easy with practice and takes a lot more skill but you will beat a controller player any day because it’s unfair, MNK shouldn’t be banned at all that’s ridiculous but maybe cross play should be toggleable so you don’t face MNK players, and I believe it is an option, MNK isn’t cheating

KBM and controller should not be in the same lobby. Controller should be banned on PC, otherwise 4 kills with aim assist will count as 1 kill, 1 death will count as 2 deaths. There is no aim assist or anything like that, there is only software that takes aim. All matches are suspicious because players using xim or cronus are not banned

if they would add just a VERY light aim assist to mouse so we can pic up targets unrealistically...or insta trac with 0ms as they come into view, it would be much more fair...not a strong AA just very very light, this would even the playing field, lie maybe just normal AA no rotational.... Controller would still maintain a stronger aim assist.

An analogy that I think makes sense when comparing mnk & controller is fishing with a pole or a net. A fishing pole can have a bunch of advanced features and durability, but at the end of the day, the individual who cast the line has to reel it in and do everything in their power to not lose what they hooked just for one fish. They have to manage their own energy while also gauging the stamina of the fish so they can reel them in without snapping the line if the fish pulls back. A net might not be nearly as versatile and can be limited by the type of water or the material its made of, but as soon as fish get caught in it the fisherman just has to close the net and pull it out of the water.

My main complaint on why Controller is OP is because visuals do not matter. Visual recoil does not affect controller players and as long as they see your name they can kill you. Especially on MW2 with how much visual recoil that game had MnK was just not viable.
I still retain fast reaction times on m&k with above average performance in the games I mainly play with exception to BO6. I could stay relatively close to my own controller performance stat wise in CoD’s previous titles until this year. It’s next to impossible to track while hitting all or most of your shots (m&k) against higher skill controller players with the fast unpredictable movement.

Don't be afraid to experiment way outside of the normal sens/fov ranges to find something game and playstyle specific. I think sensitivity is very important, which is not an opinion held by most of the "aim community", but i don't think a lot of them can aim in-game. I play such drastically different sensitivities on different games and even game modes. Last cod for ranked, i played on 136-154cm/360 for my ADS sens and 69cm/360 hip, at 90 fov and was an absolute cannon from mid to long range. When i grinded gunfight, i played on 49cm/360, which is my overwatch sens, and on smite 2, which i am grinding now, i play on 13cm/360. This cod, i feel like a cannon at 92cm/360 Ads and my hip is at 69cm/360 at 103 fov.
A few years ago, when i seen how consistent Tfue was on cod/fortnite, i looked up his settings and seen how far outside the sens range everyone says and started trying anything that would work for my playstyle on a given game and became a lot better. Tfue played cod at 56cm/360 hip and 110-115cm/360 ads.

this was the first year i switched to controller. every cod release they are designing the game to give a bigger advantage to controller without directly buffing aim assist. longer ttk, faster movement, you can't just post up and get kills as easily as before, and it gets even worse in ranked when you have to get on the hardpoint against a jackal up close. if the pro's really wanted to see who was the best, controller or not, they could GA aim assist with all the things they're GA'ing, but no this game is designed for casuals and the pros would rather look good than put in the work

I use Razer Tartarus v2 keyboad and wired Basilisk v2 on my PS5. With setting right, I can still enjoy the game. I try not to look at my cross hair too much while aiming as long as always centering and I can still have fun. But it's a controller game for sure. Battlefield on PC years back was my main stay.

swapping between controller and keyboard seems to do the trick for me, when i start playing trash i swap and vice versa until i eventually get off

0:40 --- big same. MW3 was and is still very doable on m+kb, but I've had to finally make the switch for BO6. I'm old now, but aim assist carries all that dead weight my slowed reflexes are on mouse. It's funny watching how ugly my movement and inputs are on controller, but how good I can aim despite that. Acti have really created something with this aim assist.

I been playing mnk for 6 years now and my aim in above average.. but it is just impossible to do what Controller does ... i literally will plug in my controller every once and a while and drop my PR so i just gave up on mnk because Controller is completely over power

@CODPlayer033-yt My point is that a lot of M&K players are complaining about controller. In my opinion, you can do about the same with either one. There are top level players who use either one. You will never see me complain that I lost because someone is using a certain peripheral. To be honest, I can use controller without aim assist. It maybe has a 10% difference. I frequently turned it off in Cold War because of "aim resist" in bad connections.

Tbh half of the time I feel as if im having to fight against my aim assist, especially if someone slides across my screen infront of me the aim assist for some reason loses all ability to do its job. Also when im shooting one person then someone from behind them appears and your aim tracks onto the next guy so instead of getting a kill you miss out on both and die instead of getting one trade off.

i just tried controller for the first time in YEARS for a shooter. all i have is like 10 hours in halo on the xbox 360 of my cousin back in the day, and maybe 200 hours of rocket league.
FIRST round i play with controller in my normal sweatlobbies with multiple prestigemasters and dark matter enjoyers, i go 45-30.

Also u should give the gyro a try,Dual Sense is nice,saw some gyro players n it seems most fun way and intuitive way to play tbf ,not COD ofc lol but worth a shot for content
i do play gyro and completely agree, it's way more fun and rewarding than abuse aim assist. getting the kills knowing you did all aiming by yourself, feel so much better.
Gyro would be the solution the the whole MnK vs Controller debate, but most controller players don't want to give up their "Aimbot" and learn to aim by themself.

@ aim assist is already broken enough, MNK is easy with practice and takes a lot more skill but you will beat a controller player any day because it’s unfair, MNK shouldn’t be banned at all that’s ridiculous but maybe cross play should be toggleable so you don’t face MNK players, and I believe it is an option, MNK isn’t cheating

if they would add just a VERY light aim assist to mouse so we can pic up targets unrealistically...or insta trac with 0ms as they come into view, it would be much more fair...not a strong AA just very very light, this would even the playing field, lie maybe just normal AA no rotational.... Controller would still maintain a stronger aim assist.

Worst idea ever, MnK doesn't need aim assist; controller players need to be humbled with significantly less.
or you know just give RAA reaction time like in fortnite and push more towards gyro aim so aim assist is eventually not really needed

@@kaimuu Fortnites aa is kind of nuts tho more so then this game. they just need to tune it lower AA needs no tracking what happened to the old AA where it was just slow down. that's all they need coming from a controller player that uses both or do what destiny and halo does and add bullet mag to both m&K and controller and call it a day

Bro please this is pathetic. With your current movement AND aim you would get smacked in a true iri lobby. You were in a Plat lobby as a crim 2. I know you not a controller player but what you showed there is average Diamond controller skill. You dropped 49 in that plat lobby by map knowledge and positioning and not aim assist.
you shouldn't look at the ranks in these vids, I was crim very early and people with high MMR were still low rank cause they didn't play enough yet
for example i lost to a stack who had 1 bronze, 1 silver & 1 plat and 1 diamond in the team, cause they didn't rank up enough yet.
Mnk has it advantages the aim assist is so strong it can make you shoot different enemies if they are close and throw off your aim to switch targets hahah other then that I love it

I think all mouse and keyboard players should be banned, and aim assist needs a big buff because anything that gives you a competitive advantage over other players is cheating its way to easy to aim on mnk and on controller the analog sticks are so bad and I don’t even feel aim assist my gun jerks of target randomly on controller mnk players can lock on so ban them it’s cheating to be on mouse and keyboard simple back in the console glory days of cod if you used mouse and keyboard it was considered cheating with aim assist getting weaker every year how has that changed plain and simple mouse and keyboard is cheating my gun doesn’t even go in the direction I aim in on controller it jerks of target no aim assist and mnk players be doing 360 locking on give me a break ban these garbage cheaters also know as “mnk players” lol legal cheating is crazy brother if I see someone playing on mouse and keyboard I instantly report them because that’s cheating and you all should ban pc mouse and keyboard return to controller console glory days.
