I knew nothing about this piece of wonderful vocal symphonic music. I like Tchaikovsky a lot. At around Christmas time I always take Cherevichki and The Nutcracker and The Sleeping Beauty. Lately I have acquired an old book printed during the socialism, "The evenings in the hamlet near Dikanka". And also some short novels by Turgheniev. And I am so much very happy. Thank you for the uploading.
