Oakwood honestly used to be 10 times the park it is today! Sadly it’s had poor investment (besides never land) and poor choices made in terms of the New Orleans area being removed. Heartbreaking to see spooky 3D the way it is today! You used to appreciate the park for being fairly unique in terms of attractions, now it’s more laughable/sketchy.

i went to this park as a kid and it honestly traumatised me 😂😂 ambulances arrived cause people got really injured on some of the rides and apperantly someone has died By falling off one of the rides 😂😂
Jack, you should check out the Thorpe park fright nights page because the description of Creak Freak Massacre uses the phrases "Tread carefully through the forest" and "As they hack their way through the woods" which reveals that an outdoor area will be added to the maze.
Apparently megafobia hasnt been running it's best this year since it's been closed for so long and the track hasnt had the wear and tear. I havnt ridden it this year but a couple of years ago it blew me away. 1000 times better than wickerman.
You need to go when colour fest or the Halloween things are on it’s one of the best things to do in the summer and winter obviously it’s not the best theme park but it’s amazing

TIP FOR WATERFALL: DON'T LEAN FORWARDS! It pushes the thing down, and therefore makes you go in. When you get to the "skimming" part, lean backwards. It pushes the front up and allows you to go further.
