The sunshine brings out the colours of the scenery and makes winter seem warmer too. This site is a lovely one to use but with a motorhome there is still a drive to the actual lakes within the Lake District. Park Coppice has a nice walk to Lake Coniston. Wherever you stay in Cumbria it’s beautiful though. 😀🚐 Trev

No it’s only a small percentage that open all year. We are finding that due to fewer people travelling to warmer countries in Southern Europe this winter, the winter sites are either full or very busy. 😃 great question thanks Laura 😃👍🏻 Trev
