Your caption says add any audio clip, that’s not accurate. You can add an audio that’s attached to a video inside of your Photos. Please clarify. We are not able to upload any video any audio, if we were, I could upload my personal audio from my iPhone Files.
You can add any clip you just have to make a video out of it first. You can upload your personal audio all you have to do is screen record it so it’s a video first.
I tried all of my accounts, business too. Even tried a pc, ipad, and iphone. Nothing. Even my husband tried and daughters. These options dont exist for us. All apps are updated @@WonderfulIda

I’m not verified and it worked. I would play around with your account type and see if it works if you change it.
