    Chocolate are most Sensitive things so handle carefully.
    Dark Chocolate: 🍫
    Melting 45 to 50 Celsius
    Cooling 27 Celsius
    Reheat 30 Celsius
    Milk Chocolate:
    Melting 40 to 45 Celsius
    Cooling 27 Celsius
    Reheat 29 Celsius
    White Chocolate:
    Melting 40 to 45 Celsius
    Cooling 26 Celsius
    Reheat 28 Celsius

      Temperature out aana melt aagun sister . Storage is only on room temperature , it depends on the filling.

    How to fix overheated broken chocolate bro ?

      Once over heated the same chocolate we can't fix , use that chocolate for brownie or any ganache then strain it .
      Don't heat too much sister , just 50 to 55 celcius dark chocolate , more heating is not good , then cool down rapidly this thing also needs to follow
      Mainly couverture chocolates , normal vegetable fat chocolates just heat and cool down then use , no need to tempering.

      Yes morde chocolate contains vegetables fat so no need to tempering
