Love the swim up bar ! I’d be outside most of the year when weather permits grilling and making piña colada’s ! That’s such a rare thing to have a swim up bar and a water view .
Just curious what the monthly electric bill runs in a home this size in TX? I'm prepared to guess upward of 1,500.00? No bad vibes. However, it is important to consider those TX monthly unititity cost can be a house payment in other states. ✨💛✨
