I don't go to CP often, but when I do it's always breakers for the convenience. I love to just immerse myself in the atmosphere for a few nights. It's amazing.
I've done many budget hotels in the area, but the best one is an easy pick: Rodeway Inn North. Google reviews are very mixed, but it has been spectacular (by budget motel standards) every time I've stayed there. Perfectly clean, no bugs, no smells, friendly staff, indoor pool, such an easy 3-mile drive to the park, and best of all, I usually pay around $60 total per night. It's certainly not fancy at all, but it gets the job done, which is the only thing I need for a Cedar Point visit. I usually only use a hotel for sleeping, but that's even more true when visiting Cedar Point.
The Holliday inn express is nice but they put me on the ground floor next to the bar across the parking lot and the loud music played till 2 am.it Wes over all a great new hotel though
Every time we visit Cedar Point, we stay at the Express Hotel because it has all those perks at the cheapest price. I hope to stay at Castaway Bay next time I visit as the waterpark looks fun enough to try when not at the main park.
I have been wanting to go to Cedar Point for a long time. Hopefully I will be able to make it for Millennium Force’s 25th year of operation. This video is extremely helpful to me. Thank you for making it!
Hi there, my name is Colin, and I did get your recommendations about the hotels near Cedar point but the question I have for you is, Ken Cedar point look into implementing round-trip transportation to and from the Sandusky Amtrak station from midnight through 4:30 AM every 30 minutes because of the fact that Trains going to the East and going to the West arrive in the middle of the night and early in the morning so is that something Cedar point of looking into?
Out of all the possible hotels that guests can stay when visiting Cedar Point, here’s my top 5 hotels: 1. Hotel Breakers 2. Sawmill Creek Resort 3. Castaway Bay 4. Kalahari Resort Sandusky 5. Tru by Hilton Sandusky
Hey! It all varies by day. So check out their website and select the day you want to go and it should tell you. Also remember the days the pass is the most expensive or the days the park is projected to be the busier.

Also recommend Holiday Inn on Cedar Point Drive and Motel 6 in Huron Ohio right by Sawmill Creek
