    You're absolutely right when you say our cities are invaded. I believe that we shouldn't give up on our cities though. Imagine a scenario where SAns owns the cities for business purposes and still develop in their respective villages at the same time. We're blessed to be SAns and we must guard this privilege with vigour. I see the western countries collapsing when it comes to housing and here we are having a choice between urban and rural. Let's take all of them, it's our birth right which we fought and died for. Loving SA right now

    The culture, rural concepts and living are great. It must continue, however I only have one issue... To say that residents donot pay rates and taxes perpetuates a big problem we have today. Infrastructure development in the area and others becomes a problem. All of us need to contribute regardless.

    • @VelileLifestyleDecorTV
      @VelileLifestyleDecorTV  3 года назад +12

      I get where you coming from Jeromy. Here is what we have a problem with as villagers. We took our children to schools to learn under the trees because the schools had no enough classroom, they were too far in the missions or there were no schools at all in some villages. The very same kids graduated from high schools regardless of the challenges with high marks and got themselves scholarships to further their studies in tertiary institutions in the country and abroad (that’s the story of my life as a village girl). The kids came back and started building their parents better homes in these rural underdeveloped streets. Because they had seen better and knew they deserve better they stopped fetching water from dirty rivers and started to pay thousands of rands to dig boreholes, paid thousands of rands to pull electricity from poles that were only by the main roads, now they are living better and are expected to pay rates snd taxes. The previous government failed them and so is the current government. The current government went and put unflushable toilets and later put stupid one bedroom RDP houses that made no sense to villagers with pride. We are proud to say the very same children have grown, are educated enough to see and fight a capitalist system that is against them. Anyone who wants villagers to pay rates they must make sure there is better infrastructure than the toilets they have put in the villages. Thank you for watching and for your insight. Peace and love. 🙏🏾❤️

      Sis Velile, as a child born and raised in a deep rural and mountaneous village, it doesn't make sense to pay rates and taxes when we are struggling for basic services that people are getting in the suburbs. The money we could have been paying is used to dig our our own boreholes, build and maintain septic systems, ... 🤷🏾‍♀️

      @@mkdempisi 😂 pay rates for what?. Roads are not done and water is not connected. Clinics are too far in the towns so please they must chill. The beauty they see in rural areas is hardwork, blood and sweat done by residents for themselves because they are tired of waiting for government.

      I am showcasing beautiful things my black people are doing in villages. I am not sure why should I be worried about them at this point.

      @Unathi Ngunuza exactly what I say. This is land that belongs to the aboriginal khoi people. They just don't know that 👌😆

      @Unathi Ngunuza I think you need to learn more about their true history. It's all in the Bible. Their seeds own all of the land in Africa😆 everything else you've been taught was lies. Sorry to trouble you but the Bible is the only True book my brother. Who knows you might also be an Isrealite just follow your lineage from the Bible. 🙌🏽🕎

      @Unathi Ngunuza some so called coloureds are aboriginal decendence yes. Jesus was a black man. Revelations 1 vs 14 to 16. I'm not surprised that I lost you at Bible. Only a fool says there is no God. Your true history is in Genesis. Happy converting brother. Shalom🕎

      Khoi speaks nama. Doesn't matter cos they are far from their mother tongue due to oppression. You check? Oppression makes them speak all sorts of languages😊 any more questions?

    what is luxury in such abject poverty something ir wrong

      Here is a little enlightenment and a brief 101 education. Luxury is freedom to live the way you want, create your economical growth without the pressures of the capitalist system, make use of your land to create employment for yourself, your family members and your community. If you want to see a glass of Moët popping with fake people pretending they are happy in a cruising boat somewhere in Bahamas, you are on a wrong channel. Thank you for watching. Proudly 🇿🇦
