This is what zombie movies should look like. In every movie, the military (who are trained) are for whatever reason dead but somehow some idiots survived and we get to see some stupid drama show with zombies. This is how it should have been.
Yep, this drives me crazy. Where are the trained militaries? If not the regular GI, surely the Special Forces would survive. If you want to survive the Zombpocalypse, make yourself as useless and incapable as possible.
I think 3 of them got bit, half of them got spored and in the end, the guys who they were trying to save had the exit behind them the whole time. This is textbook zombie drama 🤣

If you ever fancy Arma 2 which is the predecessor of this game, and if you're into zombies and stuff, I suggest you play the Namalsk Crisis campaign of Arma 2. It has beautiful and tense atmosphere all the time and some of the most fearful undead creatures lurking around, invisible monsters which are fast and stealthy and just need one or 2 swipes to kill you, and the one of the last missions is a total out of the world stuff. Great campaign. You guys will absolutely enjoy it, both solo as well as coop.
