Yes. id say if you want it for like a pocket music player, camera or caller then yes. by the way i saw the creators comment yes you can adjust the volume. by using the hashtag button. Its very worth it its adorable! Without an SIM card its useless.

@@galeidop3k you can silent in settigs so it doesnt make sound anymore and if u want less loud the radio u click # for less loud
