Man EpicPlate looks so nice I can’t get enough plugins with a clean analog look to them. I’ve never used real analog gear in my life and yet it’s somehow just nostalgic and inspires me.
With Valhalla Supermassive it's super important to try all the different reverb types before tweaking the other parameters too much because they are extremely different to each other. I often use this reverb for really small room types of reverbs, with short delay times and feedback values, because that makes any potential for metallic noises less severe. then warp and density can be used to find the sweet spot of the character and the mod parameters can further reduce metallic artefacts by oscillating the internal delays. my only problem with this plugin is that the delay parameter is not just some delays in the reverb, but also a pre-delay in most of these reverb types, so you have to follow up Supermassive with some negative delay to make it work with the rest of the music in many cases. it would be nice if lookahead was just part of the plugin directly
Thank you. I appreciate your opinions. The digital systemic one sounded amazing, no wonder it was your top one on the list. I think I have it but forgot it totally.
Hi mate! That's a very useful video for normal guys. But I developed a really bad VST collection syndrome and I know them all. This is quite similar to my list. A few month ago I purchased the IR-L Convolution Reverb by Waves because I really enjoy using reverbs of real spaces and locations. Thank you. You deserve way more subs!
I have, but quite a while ago. Maybe I should give it another go :) but as I mentioned with Tens, I'm not a huge fan of spring reverbs, so maybe it's not for me
Sometimes I add links in the description, but this time I see I didn't 🤔. So you can google any of the plugins in the list that's in the description, just add VST after it. E.g. "TENS jr VST" and then click on the link with the devs name in it. Dowload, etc...

Supermassive is so good at both delays and reverbs both, just gotta know the modes. It is my go to.

I use Raum for almost everything. I complement it with Superplate for vocals. That's it!
Hmmm, is "Raum" really free, or an Demo with the 30 Min timelimit?
@@blueeyedcat3443 It's free if you own Kontakt so not free for everyone I guess.
@@blueeyedcat3443It's free if having Kontakt. So not really free I guess.
@@blueeyedcat3443 It was free when their first issued it, glad I got my copy at the time.
Damn that sounds good! I am very tempted to get this, I think it would make mixing different orchestral libraries together so much easier.

Thank you, very helpful.
I also love Giant Verb.
You can really "abuse" it in very fun ways !

Oh no! Sorry to hear that 😅 we gotta remember that it's about making music in the end! Thank you!
Also check Voxengo Oldskool Verb ;)
Which mic do u use? I’m looking for a good sdc mic at the moment so it would be really helpful 🕊️
A Rode NT5 - I got a paired set for stereo recording and somehow it established itself as my go-to Speech Mic
which vst you are using that you are playing in the outro
It's Strum Sessions by AAS (with Giant Verb)

It's part of Komplete Start - Native Instruments' free Bundle :)
@@xantux Yes, I know, but I don`t want to download the Komplete Thing, only run the "Raum" (separate download). Thanks
@@blueeyedcat3443 who doesn't?
Tried DirtySpring by BPB? It's incredibly lush!

@@xantux yeah, I usually don't use them either, but I just can't get over how good it sounds, I will never get rid of it.
@@heddshot87 I gotta check it out again then :o

Epic Clouds? Try it, it's Awesome...👍👍👍
I tried it for a bit, it's nice but I wouldn't consider in my top ten as of now 👌
That and Solaris is kind of the same to me.
