I don't know where they are now, but I do want to say thanks to them and their team for the beauty and tenderness this performance inspired in me. I still appreciate it all these years later.
They competed extremely well in the 90's against two of the best pairs skaters the former Soviet Union ever produced: G&G and Mushketunok and Dmitriev.. Their throw spins, throw spins, and lifts were considered to be among the best. If their skating had only had more speed, they might very well have overtaken at least one of the couples mentioned. And who could forget their always entertaining exhibition pieces? They'll always be remembered as among the best skaters Canada ever produced.
I thought of G&G here. I always though of them or Katia to skate to this song. It would be nice if they maybe dedicated this song to G&G. Rest easy Sergei. And wonderful skating guys! 🛐💌🛐

Just beautiful. I remember watching this back so many years ago. They were my favorite pair skaters.
Thank you for uploading, gorgeous routine Isabel dedicated to her father who had just passed at the time. This is a classic.
This has to be one of THE most beautiful skating routines I have ever seen. I remember when they did this and have never forgotten it.
It's a very beautiful, gentle and heart-warming program. I was deeply moved by the strong feeling and dedication of the two to each other.

I'm watching this while watching the 2018 olympics and you can't beat the skaters back then they did so many beautiful lifts etc.
