- Autobahn acceleration & GPS-Box test with the new 2019 / 2020 KIA ProCeed GT powered by the well-known 1.6 Turbo delivering 204hp & 250Nm of torque. This GDI engine turns into absolute animal once it has had a tune. A stage 1 gets this car on the same acceleration level as the new Ford ST, exactly the same times. It may be down on power in comparison, but the way it puts that power down is unbelievable.

Ye before my fam dint like kia but now we have a kia proceed gt we bought it 2 years ago my dad and mum they were looking for a cool wagon so my dad spotted this wagon do a few motnhs later we bought it and another months later we took delivery
Took delivery of mine just before the UK lockdown, I love it! Definitely goes like the one in the video. As yet to stretch its legs with lockdown though.
I love mine. Its a 2020 model with the bigger touchscreen. Done 0 - 100 in 6.6s. Its not a race car but has plenty of power to have fun with. And its quite spacious too 👍
Have you done any modifications to the engine? Or did you manage that on stock components?

If You want hot hatch there must be i 30N. My choice is ProCeed GT.
I test drove one of these and absolutely loved it but I found doing 30-70 off a slip road it didn't feel very torquey

Just bought the same car. Soundproofing is good, except road noise from the wheels on worn asphalt.

Fahre zur Zeit BMW aber mein nächstes Auto wird auch ein Kia sein, der neue Sorento (kommt erst Ende 2020 raus). Guckt euch Mal dieses geile Teil an ! Fahre schon mein Leben lang BMW aber die Preise bei denen lassen mich auf Kia umsteigen, bei Kia bekomme ich zwei Sorento s wie für einen BMW X5 mit gleicher Ausstattung 🤔
Welche Motorisation wird's werden? Der 2.2 CRDi oder der 1.6 T Benzinhybrid?

Da bin ich noch am überlegen, die genauen Motordaten sind auch noch nicht veröffentlicht. Bin Kurzstrecken Fahrer ( ca 30 km täglich ) da könnte der Hybrid vielleicht der richtige sein.
@@andyman4135 2.2 CRDi 201 PS, 440 Nm. 1.6 Hybrid 230 PS, 357 Nm. Angeblich soll der Hybrid auf dem Papier sogar sparsamer sein...🤔

Naja man wird sehen was diverse Testberichte über das Auto und die Motoren sagen, nur schade das in so einem großen Auto kein großer Motor verbaut wird.
@@andyman4135 Na ja. In der USA wird noch ein 2.5 T-GDI mit cca 290 PS angeboten. Bei uns leider nicht.

No, they made it sound like that and one of the reasons I left it on the showroom. The sound it makes is ridiculous and a bit childish really. I like the looks though, that's one of the reasons I went for a test drive.
Stage 1 läuft er ca 16/17Sek. 100-200. Bei 240ps,350nm. Tacho über 250. 👌 Mehr geht mit dem Getriebe leider nicht 😅
Reicht ja dicke. Damit ziehst du die meisten auf der Autobahn ab. Auch die lächerlichen GTI Fahrer könntest du damit abziehen.

Well cla costs you a good 15-20k more. Plus only considering the exterior Design, I find this kia nicer imo

Also checked out the CLA launch Edition and it worked out to around 60k Euros, which I found to expensive for what you get. So will probably go with a Proceed GT which is also a nice car, and with the remaining money I will most likely finance another flat...

I also looked at the CLA 200 SB, the interior is nicer, but it has a 1.3 Renault engine and only 2 year warranty (Ithink). So I got this one, and never looked back :D

Digital Tacho gibt es in dem Model 2020
Patrick Genoux der genauso viel kann wie der analoge Tacho im 2019er Modell :( ein digitaler Tacho hat doch nur einen Mehrwert, wenn man Dinge darstellen kann, die ein analoger nicht darstellen kann (z.B. Navi-Karte etc.). Naja vielleicht irgendwann im Facelift.
Not really fair to compare it with the i30 n. That car has am extra 50-70hp.

Yes. It adds 50nm and the tyres act like PS4S.
Better gloves give better increases.
That torque is not 250NM but 265NM.

@@JGreen444 Good not know, thanks! The thing is if 7DCT has some torque limit in case of tunning. As far as I know diesel Ceeds have higher torque with 7DCT than manual transmission which is quite interesting ;)

dieses kfz verdient einfach nen 2L turbo mit 250 PS, aus und armen, aber leider hat Kia nicht die eier dazu.
Denke das liegt eher daran das Kia unter Hyundai steht, und man sich selbst nicht Konkurrenz machen möchte. Für die PS leistung gibt es ja bald die i30n fastback Facelift

Da is ja mein 1.4er mit 180ps schneller von 100-200 , so ne geile karre mit gutem sound dann nur popelige 204ps , der müsste 2.0L 300ps haben
Mal die "Langzeittests" anschauen... das ist schon dreist was die sich da erlauben :D Klapperndes Panoramadach, Knarzende Mittelarmlehne, Schnelle Abnutzung der Lederbezüge bei den Sitzen, Schließbolzen im Kofferraum bzw deren Auflagen klappern und vibrieren... also ganz ehrlich und noch dazu aus nen 1.6er dieselben werte wie aus dem 120er bmw bringen und als GT verkaufen, will nicht wissen der ab 160 klingt...
Kommt auch bei anderen Herstellern wie Audi, Mercedes und co vor. 😉
Zumal viele Proceed Fahrer vorher genau diese Marken fuhren und bewusst umgestiegen sind.
