I recently placed a deposit on the 2025 RS3. Based on what you have read or seen about the 2025 RS3, do you believe that the handling will be better (less soft, more responsive)? Thanks.
Oh nice! I'. not too sure. So far is laps the Nurburgring even faster then this. So I'd assume you will notice a bette driving feel. Hopefully the steering feel is tighter
You should colour code that front Grille outside of the honeycomb, would take that car to another level. The front gets lost with too much shiny black.
Yeah that could be an interesting look! If I ever get to taking the front end apart. Would be interesting to wrap it in a matching color to see what I think
Hey, thanks for this video! Was looking to get info on the exact setup (H&R springs) and found your video to be super helpful. I will just go ahead and do that mod. Coming from BMW (one even with a hydraulic steering), I find this one to be too light and not precise; exactly what you described. I could not quite get what you did with the steering. Did the lowering springs + alignment helped with the steering feel or did you do any adjustment for it? If so, what was it? Thanks again!
Yeah the Springs, spacers and swayer end links. Then a proper alignment. We have the springs and spacers on our site! brosfourrspeed.com/parts-%26-merchandise/ols/categories/audi-s3-parts
Could you please answer this question of mine - did the lowering springs + alignment helped with the steering feel or did you do any adjustment for it? If so, what was it? Thanks!
After my alignment I adjusted my steering wheel to be perfectly straight ruclips.net/video/5oltvk5BihI/видео.html But all that together really makes this car handle tight!
You mentioned steering wheel tie rod end links... where did you get those and what is their purpose? Is it to steering feel? Or did you do it because you placed the front and rear sway bar Endlinks, and that somehow complements those? Also, i heard your brake squeal. Is that because of the lowering springs, endlinks, or other? Thanks.
Performance brakes just squeal every now and then. Just the nature of high performance pads and rotors. But I did the adjustable swaybar end links to better keep the original swaybars at their ideal angle. Plus the stock ones are plastic and thin metal. So that allows flex and will lessen what the swaybar does. Here's that video. links to them in the description. ruclips.net/video/ku8nHYWhulY/видео.html
for suspension i did kw v3 magnetic adjustable coilovers and 034 rear sway bar i took it to the tail of the dragon and it hooked amazing i wonder how different the 8y would be considering it eliminated almost all understeer also should i get an alignment? i dont know many places that can do that cause i have an ACC adapter
That's a pretty sweet suspension setup! We did a fun country road in this and it was a blast! After doing some mountain tris I the Lambo, we are planning one with this! I'd go for an alignment since you adjusted the suspension. Just to make sure everything is perfect
Possibly. I'll have to talk to 8Y owners and see what people are running. Whatever won't rub and as long as I can get a flush fit up front and in back. So when that time comes I'll make a solid video on the exact setup I chose and if I see a difference
@@BrosFOURRSpeed Yes I’m wondering myself because I just got an RS3 3 weeks ago and got the mid pipes after seeing your video. Haven’t pulled the trigger on a catback yet though but I would like to do those suspension upgrades you’ve done as well.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed Audi made the front track width wider than the rear track width to combat understeer. By making the front and rear track width even, you're re-introducing that understeer that has plagued Audis for decades.
hello and thanks for the video so basically you saying lowering car and adding spacers will improve handling a lot? i do drive my RS3 on motorways once a year around europe doing a lot miles and driving very fast would lowering springs and spacers improve my handling when driving in high speed and going around bends etc thanks a lot
Yeah it lowers the center of gravity significantly and slightly stiffens the suspension to limit body roll. I was very impressed with it. Also widens the track to be more even front to back for bette stability
@@BrosFOURRSpeed thanks for answer personally i havent got much experience with spacers would you say it will be safe with them when driving car to limits? i found some info on internet and i saw one mechanic from audi says when running spacers on car like rs3 with diff and all wheel drive will destroy diff on back wheels after so many miles what you think brother? thanks
@@lukistfan8108 high quality ones like the H&R are perfectly fine. Even racecars have spacers most of the time. As long as they are high quality and hub centric they are good
I'm not too sure. I haven't done any tuning on this car yet. Not sure if these are unlocked yet. But most likely you should get a solid 100 HP more tuned with an exhaust and intake
@@speeddemonRS3 I didn't really know this existed and I haven't seen anyone talking about it. What's the difference between the jb4 and a regular tune and why are people holding out for a tune over using a jb4?

So far no. Everything has been good
