    Man it's hard to watch this guy. Back blade all the stuff off the edges that's you can to save the laborer work. Scrape down the rest of the road in on pile so it's easier to grab full buckets. Last little bit full speed and it will go right into the bucket. Very little hand work if any. After you dump a bucket into the truck back up to where you were working. To much spinning for no reason. My boss would would flip if he seen someone just burning up tires when it's not needed. That or atlest lidt the front end up a few inches and spin on the bucket. It's not like it's finished top coat. Don't intend to sound like a know it all just saying what we would have to do to be efficient and not waste time/money.
