Gotta say this - Ed is a passionate soul with a unique voice! When I watch him sing I am captivated by his message and his voice and the way he uses it as an instrument of its own . His voice is his blessing and he gives credit to God for this and all of his other gifts in life. I really admire this talented man whom I have followed from the beginning. I hate to see musicians part with anger. I really hope his longtime band mates and Ed will still remain friends and play more together too . Creatively , they all are very talented and should fly free for a bit . Helping each other discover new ways to refresh their talents is a good idea. I just hope I see EdK perform soon ! ❤️
Hey-Seuss Marimba...Edopolis,doing it again...Still remember when their Mental Jewelry album hit,and I was scrambling to get that sound on some of my recordings,only to find out it came from a mic being swung in a wide arc overhead while the guitars screamed from the amps.Totally trippy effect that no flanger gets.Easily the most underappreciated band from their era,and Ed is the man..Don't believe,just watch the above clip

There is so much soul in Ed's vocal style. He is arguably one of the most underappreciated rock vocalists there is.

I just saw him at the Fairfield Theatre Company with 100 other people and it was fantastic. The guy is a true talent, shame about the split with Live.
