Actually is smartwatch really worth to buy? Especially for health purpose?

It is as long as you are willing to put effort. No smart watch is 100 percent accurate but it gives you reference point to start and then you can improve from there. Honestly I picked up more healthy habits once I got a smart watch but If you don't care about health it will just remain as a normal watch. In that case I would rather buy dress watch than a smart watch.
