What is that ' overhaul' ? We were expecting a new model but some serious guy is cleaning up his car ! Happy New Year to all VW GTI lovers !
‘Overhaul’ is the name I use for the detailing service I performed on the car. It is a 2017 Polo GTi. Happy new year!
WAW ! Good job mister ! 10 !
More video witch polo
That’s a gd looking car 👌🏽
New subscriber from UK outstanding work m8 I've seen alot of good car valeting men but I've got to say I've never seen anyone as good as you.youve really bought the car s beauty out ps I've got same car and colour respect 👍💯
Kendi arabamdan soğudum. Nice jop bro
Nice work mate keep these coming
Are you using all automart products? What's the clear spray? At the beginning of the process I mean 👍🏻
I use some Autosmart products such as Tardis (the clear product) which is a tar remover and ultra mousse snow foam (which is one of the best on the market in my opinion). I’m also a huge fan of Finish, the milky dressing I spray into the arches and engine. It’s dilutable also.
Richie the clear spray in the engine bay and arches is Bilt Hamber Surfex HD - apologies I thought you referred to Autosmart tardis (which is also clear)
That's what I needed to know. I use autosmart at work and have just bought a gti in black, I've got alot of work to do! Thanks for the reply 👍🏻
Clean work there👏
Super gti I love vw design evergreen
That looks better then if you get it from brand new amazing mam good job 👏
Man
Fantastic
Damm shes gorgeous amazing work
Super!
Clean job
Love VW I have one as well 2016 Golf R in blue. Can I make one suggestion when you apply the soap to the car start from the top of the car not the bottom and that goes for rinsing off your car as well. Thank you for sharing your video.
Hi Scott, thanks for your comment. Rinsing from the top doesn’t do much asides from remove chemical from a car, when we rinse a car we look to hit every inch of paintwork with pressurised water so the up/down is really unnecessary for us. I agree rinsing top down is the quickest way to remove chemical from a car, but that is not what we look to do - we look to use the water as a tool. Rinsing from the bottom up also allows you to see where the pressurised water has made contact with the paint, rinsing top down all the chemical runs off and you don’t know where you have been.
Appreciate the input however
Alan
@@anarchyautomotive3680 Honestly I never seen anyone go from bottom to top in all the years I’ve been detailing. I worked for VW
Mazda and 5 msn mobile detailing company.
@@scottrobertson307 that’s good to know - I am very happy with our process that I’ve spent years developing and it works well for us.
@@anarchyautomotive3680 to each there own Anyways the car looks fantastic!
Hi, what type of absorber and Spring sport you installed for this GTI.
H+R springs on standard shocks
This is soo awesome 🤩

Mint.
At 2mins 40. What are you spraying and wiping on?
Also whats the blue stuff you spray on before the drying towel
Last one: what was the foaming spray stuff used on the seats?
2.40 that is Autosmart Tardis, an excellent tar/glue remover.
At the drying stage I use VS PRO quick detailer, this makes drying cars much quicker as it allows the water to bead up and flash off with the drying towel.
Autosmart BRISK was used to clean the fabric seats.
@@anarchyautomotive3680 nice one, cheers for the replies. I like the look of Brisk, I have a 9n3 polo with similar seats so be good to try it out.
Daaaammmmm sicck!!!
A 5:00 minute vous avait repeint le disque de frein ?
Yes we refinished the brake hubs in silver
Top top
I would love to clean my polo like this but outside my house we have a giant tree which I park under and everytime I go to get in my car I see hot steaming bird shit on my windscreen so I just dont bother. This video looks great.
Ceramic coat your windshield. Or at the very least use some kind of Silicon Dioxide cleaner. That would help.
What did u spray on the body then u dried it. In the autosmart bottle and why did u spray it for.
It’s quick detailer, it aids drying
@@anarchyautomotive3680 thanks
your teasing me with this video, i want to buy a polo gti 1.4 dsg.. but people listing them way over priced its silly
This is a 6c gti 1.8 tsi engine. Far better than the 1.4
Man that looks awesome! I always try to get it as clean as possible but then a marten runs over my car and it’s all dirty again :(
Quality work there mate, really need mine doing like this, how long did it take?
Hi mate thanks for your comment, we had this for 3 full days and the customer collected it on the morning of the 4th day.
Awesome, just get it done attitude
I own a black polo and need to get it detailed. Slight spider web scratches in areas
You skip clay bar? Or just not record that bit?
we didn’t film it amongst a lot of other things
what do you use for tyres?you know to be shiny
Gyeon tyre dressing or Chemical Guys VRP
How long did it take to clean the car?
no clay bar before you start polishing?
On this occasion it didn’t require a clay bar, it had actually been detailed very recently (hence the snow foam beading off) by another firm however hadn’t had the paint corrected to the standard which we did. Had it required it we would’ve went through with that process. Good spot though!
great vid, thanks! Car looks amazing! What's the product you use on the upholstery?
Thank you Steve 😄 Autosmart Brisk and Nielsen NAP
With this was sold in the US
what headlights and exhaust is on that?
I love golf but I can't buy I don't have money but I love
I know the feeling! VW do make a solid car!

now dtz a clean car
👌👌👌👏👏👏👋👋
how many inches the rims bro pls ?
I have this car. The rims are 17 inches
Is it advisable to do water wash in engine bay??
I have washed well in excess of 1000 engine bays and never had an issue - just take care and don’t aim water at sensitive parts such as electrical connections, fuse boxes, ECU or any air induction sources. If you’re interested then we could do a start to finish engine bay detail video.
@@anarchyautomotive3680 ya that would be interesting as i see other people spend tome cling filming and bagging stuff up so it dont get wet.
@@ad_182_uk if it is a classic/aftermarket car with lots of exposed components then I would say spending the time bagging them would be well worth it. Generally after an engine bay wash I will spray WD40 onto the battery terminals and any exposed connectors just to drive the moisture out, however I have never had an issue.
You dont have an upholstery cleaner ?
?
@@anarchyautomotive3680 steam cleaner or wetvac carpet cleaner
@@muckman5509 we use a karcher steam cleaner, a rug doctor wet vac/carpet cleaner and a sealey extractor. I am using the sealey in this video.
where do you get your brushes from brother?
I use EZ Detail brushes, they’re available from a lot of detailing resellers aswell as eBay
@@anarchyautomotive3680 got it thanks
👌👌👌
how much for this detail? i have the same car
We would need to see the car first to assess its condition, however this would be anywhere from £500 upwards.
@@anarchyautomotive3680 do you offer this on a finance payment too? Just got one myself in black too. After something that's going to make the paint last as long as it can, guessing a ceramic coat would do it good
@@Connor8764.1 yes we do over 4 months with no interest
@@anarchyautomotive3680 cheers will keep it in mind for when I have the money, just got mine, in love with it😍 someone told me no point in a ceramic coat if I go to people who wash the car for me. Do you think this is true realistically
So the engine doesn't have any problems after being washed by water the Sensers
Wait it's Germans I forgot they think of everything
You missed a spot😋
After all this cleaning no one is allowed to touch my car but me😐
🔥🥺🥺😭
As I see the plate number - looks like the car was own or it is own by a romanian 😂😂😂 JAF that's 100% romanian word
@@velomaniaromania the owners nickname 😅
@@anarchyautomotive3680 translated JAF from romanian means robbery' 🤣
You shouldn't have added that rain guard on your door!
I agree - I dislike them, they damage glass and scratch window tint. Fortunately for me it’s not my car, it belongs to a customer, so it’s his choice.
