I like Titans, but they really need new/better writers. This scene should've been so much better; Dick finally becomes Nightwing, Rose and Deathstroke face off, the end of the season; the writers really are the weakest point of the show, and its such a shame because the casting is so perfect. This show is so close to fulfilling its potential, I just wish they got better writers. Season 1 started strong but had a weak finale, season 2 had a few good episodes but didn't do a great job of tying everything together because of the writing, they have good ideas but they just cant write dialogue well
United Thrive Every show except for Arrow and season 6 of the flash is trash. If they had a better stunt coordinator who knows how to make good fight scenes like James Bamford and better writers than I would consider watching season 3 of this show, but for now I’m stuck with rewatching other shows that have been canceled but are way better

The finale was terrible. The whole Deathstroke fight was rushed, they yet again shot the fight in dark place, Deathstroke getting stabbed looked obviously fake, realising Jericho wasn't done right, the damn CADMUS involvement was unnecessary and Donna Troy's death was unearned. The only likeable scene was at the diner table. Even that was kind of cringy. Geoff John's needs to step off from directing a TV show because he just doesn't know how to run it.

This is by far one of the worst fight choreography i have seen on a super hero show. Could they not get James Bamfield or anyone like him from the Arrowverse shows. The amount of cuts to hide bad fighting is just blinding.
That entire fight would’ve been child’s play for slade. And when he gets stabbed, it’s not bad for him, he’s taken punches from Superman before, and has been stabbed numerous times and kept fighting. If we’re being accurate here, Slade would’ve won that fight easily
Nightwing isn't covered in heavy armor and is faster than normal people without enhancement. Not to mention Deathstroke is being fought constantly by the ghost in his head.

As someone who hasn't watched this show (this just came up while I was searching for Slade) I say this fight has way too many cuts, Nightwing had no real consistent location at the beginning of the fight, and at 1:05 it really seemed like that knife should've gone further away before it fell, that one is really minor but it bugs me.

It looks so unrealistic and you can clearly see, that some guy, that is standing besides the camera, just dropped it out of his hand. If you throw a knife like that it would cover a lot more distance and the angle, in which it hits the ground, would be a lot sharper.

The fighting skills, amazing. The fact Deathstroke was taken out within mere minutes? Hell No. They screwed Esai over. I am hoping to all shit he survived, when his comic counterpart, and semi-newly animated counterpart get shot, stabbed, and punched so many times, and walks away without a scratch. Meanwhile, on Titans; *oh look daughter stab me so me am now die*
Deathstroke survived. The actor confirmed it during a stream on a fb group. Slade was supposed to wake up in a hospital bed. Zoom in on his one good eye or the patch (forgot which one), then the screen turns to black. Cast and crew were frustrated how this fight scene was edited along with how the whole episode was made. Especially Donna's Death. This next season writing and editing needs 2 be near perfect. It is what is keep this show from being one of the top shows.
I love how this show isn’t afraid to show some of the imperfections with a costume like the black hood for death stroke or the rips in the seem lines in hawks costume which would be very needed things in a realistic way of wearing the suits unlike every batman who one second has black eye paint with the mask on to the very next shot having no eye paint when removing the mask *cough *cough Affleck *cough *cough Keaton
The choreography is actually pretty OK, but it’s the cinematography and editing that make this fight so frustrating. It’s like something cool is happening, but I can’t see a damn thing, kind of like Batman begins.

This is by far one of the worst fight choreography i have seen on a super hero show. Could they not get James Bamfield or anyone like him from the Arrowverse shows.

That entire fight would’ve been child’s play for slade. And when he gets stabbed, it’s not bad for him, he’s taken punches from Superman before, and has been stabbed numerous times and kept fighting. If we’re being accurate here, Slade would’ve won that fight easily

As someone who hasn't watched this show (this just came up while I was searching for Slade) I say this fight has way too many cuts, Nightwing had no real consistent location at the beginning of the fight, and at 1:05 it really seemed like that knife should've gone further away before it fell, that one is really minor but it bugs me.

Hes not dead he has a healing factor and theres a deleted scene of him waking up in the hospital that is canon but they are probably saving it for a future season

@@comebacksarecool2834 dude, he throws it full force and in a straight angle, then it suddenly hits the ground in an almost vertical angle 5 meters behind them. It looks so unrealistic and you can clearly see, that some guy, that is standing besides the camera, just dropped it out of his hand. If you throw a knife like that it would cover a lot more distance and the angle, in which it hits the ground, would be a lot sharper.

The fighting skills, amazing. The fact Deathstroke was taken out within mere minutes? Hell No. They screwed Esai over. I am hoping to all shit he survived, when his comic counterpart, and semi-newly animated counterpart get shot, stabbed, and punched so many times, and walks away without a scratch. Meanwhile, on Titans; *oh look daughter stab me so me am now die*
Deathstroke survived. The actor confirmed it during a stream on a fb group. Slade was supposed to wake up in a hospital bed. Zoom in on his one good eye or the patch (forgot which one), then the screen turns to black.
Cast and crew were frustrated how this fight scene was edited along with how the whole episode was made. Especially Donna's Death. This next season writing and editing needs 2 be near perfect. It is what is keep this show from being one of the top shows.

*Deathstroke* (depending on the incarnation) is usually a straight up actual *SAVAGE* !! A brutal, skilled killer with *raw power* , & impressive *super strength* ! Hes a great character when written & or *portrayed RIGHT* !
He's really, very dangerous! For many reasons. He is an immensely skilled fighter, hes a real marksman, he has a healing factor & he uses more of his brain than normal people, so hes very intelligent. This *fight is ridiculous* !! They *nerfed Deathstroke so very bad* here. Hes supposed to be a *super-soldier assassin* ! Yet in this fight this marksman is somehow easily forcefully unarmed. This superhuman with enhanced fighting abilities is even somehow beat up. *This super-soldier is almost effortlessly defeated* ! At one point one of this super assassin's blades is even knocked right out of his hand just like the guns! Hes knocked around and *humiliated* ! And of course he gets shocked a few more times, beaten & kicked & whatnot even more & then ultimately he gets stabbed by his own daughter. Right in the stomach area. And this just about instantly stops him & puts him down on the ground. Regardless of if it killed him or not all of this is just hilariously bad. This is a ruthless superhuman which was depicted here as *completely nerfed* ! A single stab in the stomach left him defeated here! Wow! Actual *Deathstroke* would have barely been bothered. He would've kept fighting & his healing factor would take care of that stab would. Period!
