As far as traffic goes the exit from the box was clear. It is unusual to have a red light at the END of a box junction. You would not enter if something was stopped at the red light. Not sure how the regulation applies here.
Same shit every day in my town. I watched a traffic light sequence fouteen time whilst waiting for the wife. Fouteen times vehicles jumped the red lights. Two times it was police cars by about two seconds after red.
A couple of observations. I think road markings confusing at 3.52 and 8.28. Straight ahead arrow immediately followed by right turn only arrow. I have an example of this in my home town regarding a left turn and it does lesd to confusion. Agree wholheatedly regarding parking which is atrocious these days. No-one wants to walk 10 metres. This is down to enforcement being transferred from Police and Traffic Wardens to local authorities which can no longer afford to employ the necessary Civil Enforcement Officers. At 6.51 I think poor road planning . Controlled pedestrian crossing should lhave been placed further away from junction.
If you get triggered over these minor transgressions you need to do some yoga or breathing exercises. Life is too short to worry about the small stuff.
You failed to mention that you stopped at a pedestrian crossing in the yellow hatched area when you had plenty of time to stop before it, definately illegal!!!!!

I know we all hate traffic wardens (better known as Parking Enforcement Officers) But, there's no sign of one let alone a few of them in this video. Parking on the pavements is more DANGEROUS for pedestrians, ELDERLY & YOUNG CHILDREN & the DISABLED!!! than parking on the roads & streets. Just simply far too LAZY!!!! 😠😠😠😡😡😡🤬🤬 to walk from a car park & pay the car park fee a few quid. I hate those who park in DANGEROUS!!! places for others. & for others to be a lot more aware of other motorists when making their manoeuvers ( by using their mirrors & turn signals & hazard lights) NOT!!! just doing the manoeuvre without checking what's around them FIRST!!! Only two words describes these MORONIC IMBECILES!!!
And exactly WHAT do you expect drivers to do when they live on a relatively narrow road - often older housing but increasingly in new developments of rabbit hutches? Because in those circumstances it would be downright SELFISH to NOT partially park on the pavement and DOWNRIGHT DANGEROUS if by not doing so the passage of emergency vehicles is hampered meaning they're delayed in getting to an critical situation thereby NOT being able to prevent a death -or deaths. WANT that in YOUR conscience?
