When you do the Mod Podge and iron method, does the wood need to be completely smooth first? I would like to try it, but the wood I want to use is a bit rough feeling. I think the first DIY is my favorite one, but they are all beautiful.
Hi Rebecca… it does need to be fairly smooth. If it’s a grooved or deeply “distressed” type wood, I don’t think it would work. A little rough might work… Th for the compliments!!
