Darryl, Thank you for this video explaining the Allianz 222 annuity. I also appreciate the phone with you today and for answering my questions about this annuity. Thanks
Stan Annuity man says that bonuses are like candy for the stupid I appreciate that, because let’s think about it at 35% bonus plus a 5% commission on $400,000 equals $160,000 on day one Just think about that Yes, they hide it really well through a series of years But still as Stan the Annuity man says it is just candy for the stupid
@@torresMPCT the average annual return on Allianz 222 is 0-3%., with 5% being the very highest. There is never anything close to 10%. Definitely not 35%. 35% would be rare even after 10 years! The bonus amount is a total scam unless you die but even then because no interest accredits during the 5 year payout that accounts for any “bonus”.
I like it, you said there are other people that die younger, and that's a good thing, not to that guy, lol. Anyway, I have a problem with how the fees are structured 1% each year and then you get hit with that 10% fee when you start collecting, it seems so complicated.
Do not bother with Allianz. It is a horrible investment. You are far far better off investing in a low cost etf with full Liquidity, the ability to change investments options at any time and no surrender fees. A $300k investment may provide $22k earnings after 8 years but leaving it in the s&p would earn $500k. It is highly complex and Allianz has horribke customer service.
Just invest in vanguards voo S&P 500 and don’t touch it for 10 years. You’ll never ever see the “bonus”. Unless you die. Even then, that money earns nothing for 5 years. Nothing. The additional cost is extremely low earnings, sometimes 0. Surrender fees if you wish to withdraw the money. It benefits only the salesman with high 😊commissions. Stay far far away.
Allianz surrender IRA process.. Allianz annuity withdrawal process? I submitted a withdraw via online four days ago for full surrender regarding my contract with Allianz. I checked the status today and it says “ CLOSED- Not processed” is this normal? Did they cancel my surrender on something? Or is it still under review?
This annuity is not a good investment. Beware. High commissions, low returns. You are better off in a savings account paying 5%. It’s liquid and pays over 4% more per year. Lifetime payout is unclear. No interest accrues to heirs who wait 5 years to get the max payout. 5 years no gain! No way.

Nationwide is not a good company. After 6 years I'm looking at Allianz because of Nationwide.

With some annuities you are correct. With others - you are not 😜
@@TheRetirementGuyYT I am correct with Allianz 222. This is the terms of the annuity.
