The more I watch your videos the more I hate the fact I quit. Had a bad game and one pitcher ruined the whole sport for me. Purposely hit me three times and he’s lucky my dad got to me before I reached him but he made me scared to bat I was so mad. I practice my swing and pitch when I can but I wanna get on the field for atleast one more game.
My dad would put those handheld hitting pads you use for football, and tie them around a pole. Works like a charm, for people who don’t want to buy 4 tires. We love you coach RAC.

Mickey Mantle drill! Mantle used a sledgehammer when he was young at the farm. No wonder he hit the longest recorded home run in a game.

I used a tire on a swing and and old metal bat with added weight, it would swing a spin so timing was key on top of building tree trunk Lats.
