Vous avez la version "terre" et la version "sous l'eau" pour mieux voir les mouvements !

Cette routine est assez facile chorégraphiquement ainsi que dans son exécution. Ca demande simplement de se laisser aller (let's go les hanches!) et de "groover" sous l'eau ! Have fun!

This is an easy routine. It is fun, just dance and add some groove under water :)
I tought it would be funny to see the "underwater" and "land" version at the same time ! Hope you like it and it is helpful if you are a teacher or even a student.

Excelente ejercicio y el impacto a las articulaciones es mucho menor, el esfuerzo es más, pero es más Sueve, por eso no se siente el "desgaste" en el momento

I have chronic pain and my pain program at the hospital suggested aqua fit classes to regain muscle strength and ease some pain (as well as to lose weight) but I’m 18 and the only classes I keep seeing are full of elderly people and I’m scared I’ll feel out of place...
The under water moves are so smooth with double the effort compared to land
Because the water acts as a cushion, it assist with the movements
Actually the water provides resistance for the movements, that's why there is more effort exerted.

Live this video, because it’s bam about to start taking water aerobics and one of the classes is aqua zumba…has been wondering how that worked and now I know! I am having major hip flexor issues, bursitis and my sciatica is flared up! My doctor recommended I lay off things like squats, lunges and deadlifts for a while and try water aerobics and use my Pilates machine! Can’t wait!
