    I bought one and it's fun. I'm in Reno Nevada US, All my riding is in the desert. You have a nice green riding area.

      I hope you enjoy yours!
      Never rode desert as there's none around Romania's forests :) so I can't tell how suitable this bike is for sand. But single trail, it rocks!

      How do u like it for the desert? I just moved back from San Diego, did a lot of AZ/CA desert riding. Im UP MI rocky single track now {amazing trails, but miss the desert} I kinda think this would be perfect bike for that but wonder if Id be missing the power for faster desert trips, occasionally

    I own the same bike. Ride in Brazil, where we have a lot of tight green forests, rivers and rocks. That's a really nice bike. I used to ride before a CRF250x for 9 years.

    You could maybe make a cold weather bypass for left side radiator. Add a T in top line and bottom line with bypass line between extra connection points. Add a valve between left radiator and T both top and bottom. Add a valve in bypass line. During cold weather close top and bottom valve and open bypass valve. During warm weather open top and bottom valves and close bypass valve.

    My son just bought a 150te 2024 for my birthday, I’m in my 60’s with arthritis in my spine. Just have to be alittle more careful . Riding in BC Canada, talk about forested areas, it’s either trails or fire roads.

    Had big issues with L4/L5 discs in my back 2 years ago. 2 months straight of pain, thought i needed surgery. One day I got pissed and thought if its gonna hurt, Im still gonna ride my enduro anyway. I did some slow stand up riding, and stopped an hour later and started feeling better. In my situation, its my muscles holding my back out of line and pinching the discs. Riding exercised my core properly, and also looked up stretches. Hopefully u can find something that works for u.

      My payments on my 2023 husqvarna te150 are 223 a month. I had a 2012 rmz250 sold it and went and picked the new bike up the same day. Best decision I could have made riding wise! It’s no comparison. Immediately your speed and confidence is boosted

    Hi, I liked your video.
    I recently bought your own Bike. It only has 2 hours of engine so I don't know it well. It seems to me that the carburetion is not clean enough, so the engine does not respond well.
    I wish you to feel good with your back.

      Nice to hear about your new bike! Took some time to get used to it and the response, indeed it does not seem very clean. About my back, unfortunately it's 6 months since I last rode the bike and I doubt I will ever be able to... I am doing some treatment now for my disc hernia, but it's not going very well...

    do you think this bike is faster than a CRF 150r ? I was thinking about getting my girlfriend one of these b/c the CRF carburetor is a real pain in the azz.

    • @mirceaalicu
      @mirceaalicu  2 года назад +1

      I am not very familiar with the CRF, but I believe it's not a full size bike. The TE150i, first of all it's not a motocross bike. Second, it's a full size bike (same chassis as 250 or 300). It's 34 pounds heavier than the CRF and obviously more powerful. A 2 stroke engine compared to a 4 stroke same bore will obviously be more powerful. It has electric start and also kickstart which is extremely easy to use. Bike is taller than the CRF

    • @mirceaalicu
      @mirceaalicu  Год назад

      @@mdsnrr I’m not sure I follow you…. Do you mean like a schematic? If yes, it’s been long time ago and don’t have one, I just used an esp32 board that I attached an ssd1306 display and the sn65hvd230 can transceiver. From the code you can figure out which esp32 pins are used for display and which for transceiver. The can library documentation is here which also describes how the trans is connected to the esp32: github.com/sandeepmistry/arduino-CAN

      @@mirceaalicu Was the duct taped display unit on your bike connected to the EP32 board and CAN transceiver under your seat? I understand what you have in the facebook post but I was wondering how you made it so portable to use on the bike while you are riding.
